Ski-in / out lower level, two bedroom one bathroom mountain retreat features warm hardwood flooring, granite counter tops, heated tile floors in kitchen and bath, and cozy gas fireplace in the open living area. There's a convenient ski locker at the entrance, a covered deck with BBQ and hot tub provides views to Mt. Morrissey. Located in Settlers Crossing provides you with easy access to four season recreation and to nearby restaurants, shopping and entertainment in Sun Peaks Village. 10% discount for stays of 7 days or longer

Access to the Morrissey or Orient chairlift is directly behind our building for ski out options. Multiple ski in options for all skier / boarder skill levels that bring you to the backside of of our building and a short walk to our front door and the soothing hot tub after a fun day of carving.

If cross country skiing is your thing our unit is directly across the road from the accessing all the cross country trails.

Mountain bikes are not allowed in the condo and we do not have onsite storage. Bikes can be stored at the Elevation secure public storage. More information can be provided upon request.

Awesome Ski in / Ski out unit

Thank you Lisa and Steve for allowing us to stay in your unit. We had a wonderful time as Sun Peaks despite the extremely cold weather. What a fantastic location, we literally walked one minute to the back of the unit block and could ski in/ski out to either the Morrisey lift or the new Orient lift. There was nothing better that soaking in the spa after a full day skiing looking over to Mount Morrisey. We would highly recommend this unit if travelling to Sun Peaks

Wonderful week

This condo is very well located, easy access to Morrissey and Orient chair lifts. It is well equipped, it had everything we needed and more. Very clean and furnitures were confortable. The Jacuzzi was very appreciated after a good day of ski.

Absolute beautiful ski week!!

Overall the place was good. Good for two adults and maybe 2 small children. The place definitely needs to be cleaned proper. Extremely dusty and a very dirty floor. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you need. A good space for cooking. We would like to stay again but only if we knew that cleanliness was a priority. For the amount of money you spend the place should be immaculate.
