A small complex of just 22 condos, offers a peaceful environment. All units are single level. With regular seasonal renters, this mostly 55 + community is welcoming and friendly.

This condo is just steps from the pool and spa. The washer and dryer are steps from the unit as well. The condo is a 10 minute walk to El Paseo, "The Rodeo Drive" of Palm Desert, which is lined with restaurants, shops of all kinds, and Art Galleries. Also, it is just a 5 minute walk to a grocery store and Starbucks, among other businesses. And if you just want to relax, this is the perfect spot. Centrally located in Coachella Valley - hiking, golfing, biking, it is all here or nearby to make this the ideal place for a vacation.

The condo sleeps two in the two bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, an open floor plan of a living room, dining area, and kitchen. Two patios complete this jewel. The front patio is located outside the living room, through the huge sliding glass doors, and is open and faces the common area with beautiful mountain views. The back patio is private and off of the master bedroom, through the oversize sliding glass doors. Mountain views are experienced, from any direction, in this complex.

Comfortable and Good Location

The condo was comfortable and well equipped. It was close to a grocery store and restaurants. It had a nice courtyard with a swimming pool and hot tub. The owner was very accessible.

Home Away from Home

This unit was a great quiet location close to lots of amenities. El Paseo was a short walk to the restaurants and shopping, Albertsons and Starbucks was a 5 minute walk, and the location was very centralized. Loved the pool which was steps from our unit and the well maintained grounds in the gated common area. Being a smaller complex, we met some great people. The condo was spacious and comfortable.

Winter rental in Palm Desert

The complex is nice and the other guests/residents were pleasant. Karen the association president was very nice and helpful. The unit was nicely laid out and well equipped with the necessary supplies needed. The location of this complex is conveniently located to most everything.
