About this property

This is a very nicely done studio with its own separate entrance, kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. We have Apple TV, Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Video. Very quiet and very safe. We live above but we are very quiet.

You can access the unit with the lockbox code. You don't need to interact with us unless you would like to. You'll have access to the unit as well as the on-site laundry.

Forest Hill is a lovely neighborhood of homes built in the 1925's. It is in the middle of SF and just West of Twin Peaks. It is mainly owner-occupied, an upper-middle-class area that is safe and secure with lots of street parking. As in its name, lots of trees!

The MUNI subway stop is 3 blocks away and will take you to the center of town in 15 minutes. Very easy.

Easy access to everything

It’s small but we knew that. There was still enough room to move around, space to prepare food, a separate bathroom, great storage and a separated area for the bed (but no actual door or divider). It had everything we needed for a week. Loved the easy access to any part of San Francisco in quick time via the various and fast public transport options (eg from the front door to the centre of downtown in about 20 minutes). Loved the kitchen and full-size fridge. Loved the dimmer switch in the lounge which made it possible for one of us to go to bed without a bright light shining in from the lounge area. Loved the access Michael provided to a simple to use washing machine, dryer and detergent etc. very comfortable bed.

Great little apartment for 1 or 2.

Location comfort and price was good. Quiet spot. Muni subway very handy and market a 10 min walk. Has everything you need away from noise of the city.

Cosy apartment

A very cosy apartment with convenient access to the Muni subway. We also used the bus system to get to the viewing area for the Golden Gate Bridge. A good supermarket (Mollie Stones) close by. The apartment was comfortable, clean and well equipped. Enjoyed our stay
