The house itself is built on two levels in old Goan style of Architecture, with laterite stone walls that are more than a foot thick and high ceilings. The structure was designed to keep the temperature of the house comfortable & cool even in the peak Goan summers. The extra wide wrap around verandas on the ground level and the first level add an old world character to the house.

The house consists of exquisitely appointed bedrooms and 5 Bathrooms, a dining room, a living room with media centre, a lounge overlooking the front garden and a well stocked library.
