Island Mountain Lodge is an exceptional custom home for your family and friends to gather. This water and island view home has all the amenities of a five-star, luxury stay. With an open floor plan, your family can cook, dine, and relax with outstanding views from any room.

The Master bedroom en-suite is amazing and on the main house level, so no stairs are climbed. It includes a gas fireplace, a reading chair, two walk-in closets, and a luxurious bathroom. With windows to the water and deck outside, it is a fabulous suite with a hot tub and sauna right out your door. The master bathroom includes a double vanity, a large multi-jetted shower, and a jetted tub.

Upstairs, two loft bedrooms with queen beds each share a full bathroom, reading loft, and pool table room. The upstairs loft area is large and great for morning yoga or stretching.

The beautiful, large kitchen offers granite countertops and a kitchen island with plenty of prep space and storage. It is a kitchen for any chef, well-appointed with custom tile work accents and top-notch appliances, including a 6-burner Wolf gas range with a double-walled oven, a second Jenn-Air wall oven, and a digitally controlled microwave. A Sub-Zero refrigerator and Kitchen Aide dishwasher round out the list of amenities that ensure a quality experience. With a coffee bar with a Keurig, Drip Coffee machine, Nespresso machine, French Press, and pour-over options, everyone will be in full swing each morning! We also stock a coffee grinder and tea and coffee bar amenities. There is an assortment of kitchen gadgets, serving ware, cookware, and dinnerware to make large, family meals pleasurable. And not least is the wet bar that includes glassware for all occasions and recipes and a shaker with tools.

Right off the kitchen is a large dining table with seating for 9 people and a kitchen island for extra visitors. You'll find a large BBQ conveniently located by stepping out the French doors to the deck. Teak tables and chairs provide an extraordinary setting for outdoor dining for guests.

The living area is framed in beautiful, handcrafted woodwork and an impressive stone fireplace. Modern Scandinavian furnishings make the living area a cozy yet stylish place to relax as you take in the magnificent views of Puget Sound. The fireplace is the home's center, and we provide firewood and kindling on-site.

Just off the living area is the private theater and gaming room with seats for the whole family. The Smart TV offers all the fun and theater adventures your family could want.

Soak under the stars in your private spa and hot tub out on the deck. With an outdoor (cold immersion) shower, a three-person Finnish sauna, and a four-person hot tub, your stay at Island Mountain Lodge becomes a luxurious, private spa retreat. Treat yourself at the end of each day by soaking in the hot waters and watching the stunning sunset sky over Eastsound.

Garden pathways with private decks meander around the house and estate. Follow the footpath through the beautifully landscaped hillside to discover a private pond.

**Main home sleeps 6 guests with three beds (King and two Queen beds).

**If you need more space, we have a bunkhouse that accommodates additional guests. The bunkhouse has a queen bed, four twin beds, a living room area with a Smart TV, and a full custom-tiled bathroom with a shower.
The extra fee will automatically enter your booking quote if you enter the correct number of guests beyond six (7-9 guests!).
**Please let us know if you need to rent the bunkhouse for either solo guests or if you want more space. We can add this to your reservation!

The rental agreement must be signed upon completion of booking- this will confirm the reservation.

No Pets are allowed on the property.
