About this property

CARRIEVILLE CABIN: Enjoy your stay at our fully furnished cabin that is situated on nearly 10 acres. This is the perfect getaway for the outdoor enthusiast! Enjoy hunting, fishing, hiking and trail riding while you vacation in Northwest Michigan. Our cabin has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and it can accommodate up to 12 people. We also have a "Mud Room" supplied with a pool table, air hockey table and a full bathroom. You can sit in the back yard and listen to the creek babbling through. Our cabin is located just across the street from the Little Manistee ORV Trailhead. This consists of miles and miles of trails for snowmobiling, riding your ATV, hiking or biking. Please be aware we do not allow any pets at the cabin and smoking is outside only. We ask that you be respectful of the property as we have made many improvements over the years. The cabin was recently remodeled this winter (2018 / 2019) with tongue and groove ceiling and adirondack wall tongue and groove.

Tenant & guests are responsible for general clean-up of the house and property prior to check-out. Such as trash pickup and cleaning dirty dishes.

Please do not burn any trash in the firepit and dispose of any cigarette butts in the designated metal buckets outside labeled as such.

Please do not ride/drive any ATV/ORV/Snowmobile through the yard. Please respect the property as these machines do a lot of turf damage very easily.

Fall RZR Trip

This cabin is a top all time favorite of ours for many reasons. It's RIGHT around the corner from a gas station and the trails, super convenient for riders, plenty of parking for toys/haulers. The place is always very clean, most supplies you need are available in the kitchen, excellent decorations and the yard/fire pit never go unused also the mud room, this is a MUST to use during our visit, so many things to choose from to play!! Can't wait for our next visit here, many more to come!!

My name is Mark Kilgore and I'm from Kalamazoo, Michigan. My family and I enjoy riding our ATVs, dirt bikes and snowmobiles around Luther and surrounding areas. I have been visiting this area for decades and have always enjoyed the simpler way of life Norther Michigan has to offer.

Why they chose this property

What's not to like? This area offers an abundance of wildlife and outdoor activities. You can do anything from hiking, hunting, off roading, kayaking / canoeing, to just relaxing and enjoying the peace and quiet.

What makes this property unique

This cabin sits close to state trails for quading, dirt biking, or snowmobiling. It is also in the thick of the major streams and rivers that have some of the best river fishing Michigan has to offer. Across the street is the Carrieville gas station for food, fuel, or beverages. The trailhead is directly across from the Carrieville gas station and the Tin Cup trail is just a few miles down the road that you can ride with your state compliant ORV.
