Great location, it had everything we were looking for.

We had a short stay in York but wanted to see as much as possible. This apartment was perfect. It was very clean and comfortable, had everything we needed and was a short walk to everything. I can recommend it. The sparkling wine after a long day's travel was very much appreciated, and consumed in the evening sun by the canal. Thank you.

Peaceful stay

Riversmead is in an excellent location. Easy walk to all in York. Quite location. Lovely, warm welcoming feeling when you walk over the door step. Nics to have some staples in the fridge.

Good times by the river

We found the apartment to be well placed within the city and well equipped to make for a pleasant stay. All amenities were attractive, practical and in good taste. Families would find the facilities comfortable. Some food left in the frig for guests was a welcome gesture, as was the wine. We did not meet the owners before our visit or during our stay which was disappointing. Necessary details about our stay were shared through email prior to our arrival.

Lovely, comfortable, homey accommodation

Jayne and Keith paid great attention to detail; there were basic foods such as eggs, bread, cereal and milk in the fridge, chocolates in the bedrooms, fresh flowers, the beds were cozy and clean. It was a very comfortable stay where we felt entirely at home despite being miles away from ours. Highly recommended!
