illay guest house provides great value for money in Grand Bay. Our location is incredible. We're close
to the main road
yet resides in a quite peaceful garden in Coolen Lane which is a very short walk from the Royal Road.
We have parking space available in our garden facing the sea.
We can accommodate 1- 5 people depending on different apartments. Even if you'll be only one accommodating the place,
you'll never be disappointed
with our location and views you can enjoy in a peaceful environment.
We have a car / bike rental service.

Mauvais séjour

Nous avons été extrêmement déçues de notre séjour dans cette location… La vue mer est magnifique mais pour l’envers du décor c’est autre chose : saleté et vétusté Le bac à douche fuyait abondamment et notre logement était inondé, jusque sous le lit à chaque douche. Nous devions mettre toutes les affaires sur le lit, faute de table. Nous en avons informé la propriétaire qui ne semblait pas concernée par ce problème, juste venue écoper l’eau deux fois à ma demande Autres points négatifs : Un cafard est sorti par un trou (anormal) que nous avons du reboucher avec les moyens du bord (sac plastique) Pas de tablette dans la sdb Pas de torchon Pas de papier toilette en arrivant Pas de table de nuit Micro onde sans prise adaptateur donc inutilisable Pas de plaque de cuisson Pas de bouilloire Tringle à rideau non fixé Oreillers inconfortables Hygiène douteuse Les luminaires ne sont pas fixés, ampoules qui pendent au bout d’un fil Pas de poubelle Pas de balai Pas de balai brosse pour toilette Porte de douche bancales J’ai demandé un geste à la propriétaire qui m’a remboursé le prix d’une nuit mais sans aucune excuse ….
