No need to look any further, this place will have everything you need !!

Enjoy the comfort and great location!

You will love the green and quiet area, it has everything you need with easy acces to the center through public transportation (10 minutes) or by bike (also 10 minutes)

One for the kids there is a big playground and mini zoo !!

it's located on the west side of the city center. It has a fantastic view overlooking the typical Amsterdam Canals and classical Erasmus Park.

The area is quiet, safe and relaxed and the surroundings are lush green with parks, canals and shops at a very close proximity, its only about 10 minutes to the heart of the city center by bike. Bike rentals are very close. Public transportation to anywhere in and around the city is two minutes away, vey easy transportation day and night.

The apartment is very light and enjoys the sun all day long. It has a fantastic location in between parks and close to public transportation. It has leg refurnibished recently with new kitchen and bathroom. You will have everything you'll need to feel at home at your disposal. (wifi internet, HD TV, modern kitchen, big screen TV, luxurious bathroom, king-size bed, central heating, DVD, and more) Both sides of the apartment have sunny balconies overlooking the typical Amsterdam canals.

If you cross the bridge you're in the parc (2 min) The Vondelparc is ook nearby (10min). In the nearby area you'll find different daily grocery shops, post office, bank, etc. (5 minutes walk or 1 minute bike ride)

There are numerous at restaurants with usefull for example Thai, Turkish, Suriname, and Moroccan cuisine's. The apartment itself is no smoking on the balconies but its fine. Parties are not allowed in the city but you'll find plenty.

- You May smoke out on the balcony, but not inside the house. - Please turn off all lights, heating and power When leaving the house.

- When leaving the house please lock the door.

- Please be kind to the neighbors (no parties please!)

- There is a € 150 security deposit, this will be returned after checkout.

Perfect spot

My husband and I spent our Thanksgiving holiday here for 5 nights and absolutely loved staying here. It's an adorable apartment, very well stocked and heated, and very close to tram stops. We also had no problem walking along the canals into city center, stopping at cafes along the way. Having a kitchen was perfect for us to make breakfast in the mornings, and the bathroom seems very newly renovated with heated tiles and a waterfall shower head that I LOVED. Such a great place to come back to after long (cold) days exploring Amsterdam. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Very relaxing

We were very impressed with the space. It was equipped with all the basics. Very comfortable and quiet neighborhood within walking distance or quick taxi to shopping and museums. It was my first time to Amsterdam and I was very impressed by the friendliness of everyone we met and the general feeling of calm. I will definitely return.

Perfect location

A lovely flat,tastefully furnished and a helpful host(Bryan).Overlooking Erasmus Park with its fall foliage and the picturesque canals,you feel very much a part of a Dutch neighborhood: lots of families with kids engrossed in the playground and petting zoo below.Convenient access to tram and bus service and to the airport..Well-supplied kitchen,with supermarkets and specialty shops just around the corner. ( I enjoyed cooking most of my meals here but ate out several times re Bryan's recommendations.) I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.

Mediocre place

The owner was very helpful before and during the stay. Everyone (especially older people like us) needs to know that this apartment is several flights up a very narrow, spiral staircase with no elevator. This is my fault as I didn't ask ahead of time. It is only a couple blocks behind the tram station so that was helpful. There is a cleaning charge for each stay but I'm not sure much is getting cleaned other than clean sheets and a few towels. The hardwoods were very dirty with long, blond hairs everywhere......not sure if they belonged to a female associated with living there or to the previous renters that left that morning we arrived.

Owner's Response: Thank you very much for your comment and mentioning you are satisfied with my help during your booking. I am very sorry to hear that when you arrived the cleanliness of the apartment was not what it should have been. I can assure you I take upmost care the apartment is always very clean before guests arrive and that this was an exception. Not only is there always fresh linen and towels provided but always the whole kitchen is cleaned, the bathroom cleaned thoroughly and the floor vacuumed, and all contact surfaces are cleaned (table, door handles, seats etc). On this day the apartment was cleaned by a cleaner. I have talked to them to find out how this could have happened. I was told that it was done by a new cleaner for that day, and obviously the job was not well done. My apologies about this, I will take care this will not happen again. Regarding the stairs, Amsterdam is an old historical city, therefore most apartments don't have lifts. This apartment has a great view, because it is on the 3d floor, overlooking the canals and park, it requires walking to the 3d floor, on normal stairs (not very steep or narrow) with handle bars on either side. Great place!

If this flat is available, I highly recommend it. Bryan is easy to work with and very attentive to your needs and questions. The flat is in a nice safe area. Only minutes from the tram. The people in the community are really nice and will try to help you if you have questions or look lost (like me). It's very easy to get there from Schiphol Airport on the tram and bus. The flat is on the top floor with a fabulous view. Across from the flat is a beautiful park with geese and goats. You can sit on the balcony and enjoy the scenery. Bryan has ton of resources if you are not sure where to go or what to do during your stay. I took advantage of the tourist pamphlets he provided. The flat looks just like it does in the photos. It's a nice size flat and can accommodate comfortably. I felt very much at home and it's a very nice flat. If it's available, go for it!

Great stay - Great owner

My husband and I stayed at here for a 3 day weekend recently. From the moment we contacted Bryan he couldn't have been nicer and more responsive. He answered all of our questions immediately and he was just as responsive when we arrived (helped us carry our luggage upstairs, explained things in the apartment and helped us get acclimated to the surrounding neighborhood. Quick walk to the tram stop (the 12 & 14 took us everywhere we needed to go - buy the 48 hour pass, because it is worth it for going in and out of town). Security deposit returned in under 24 hours. Welcome to the best of both worlds, it's located on the west side of the city center. The area is relaxed and the surroundings are green, its only about 10 minutes to the city center by bike. Public transportation to anywhere in and around the city is 2 minutes away. The apartment is very light and HAS BEEN totally refurnished 1.5 years ago. You will have all the luxuries you'll need at your disposal. (Modern kitchen, big screen TV, luxurious bathroom, queen-sized bed, central heating, DVD, WiFi and more) Both sides of the apartment have sunny balconies overlooking the typical Amsterdam canals. If you cross the bridge you're in the parc (2 min) The Vondelparc is ook nearby (10min). In the nearby area you'll find different daily grocery shops, post office, bank, etc. (5 minutes walk or 1 minute bike ride) There are numerous at restaurants with usefull for example Thai, Turkish, Suriname, and Moroccan cuisine's. If you have experience driving a boat for hire there is one right in front of the apartment, if you do not you can hire ook it with a driver for an unforgettable experience from the Amsterdam canals. The apartment itself is no smoking on the balconies but its fine. Parties are not allowed in the city but you'll find plenty.
