Step into classic Tahoe with this beautiful A-Frame in Chamberlands. Complete with a glass front to soak up the beautiful views. Parking for up to 4 vehicles, sleeping for 8 and a huge front deck make this place great for a family gathering. A Quiet location in Chamberlands provides this beautiful A-Frame a cozy feel. The all glass front and huge deck make for a great place to unwind and escape to the wilderness. Featuring enough bed space for up to 8 people across 3 bedrooms and a loft. You will love the open floor plan with the kitchen, dining and living area adjacent to the warm gas stove.

In the summer months, this house features access to Chamberlands HOA amenities, which has a tennis, pier, pool and private beach access. A shuttle runs during the summer, every 30 minutes, which gives you easy access to the amenities.

D.L. Bliss, Sugar Pine and Emerald Bay are all just a short drive away and there is hiking trails walking distance away. In the winter you are just 5 minutes away from Homewood ski resort and 15 minutes to the Sherwood Access of Alpine Meadows ski resort. The front side of Alpine Meadows and Palisades Tahoe are about 30 minutes away.

PARKING:
- Parking is available for a maximum of 4 vehicles. All cars must park on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance.

Other things to Note:
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Due to the temperate climate, like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There are plenty of fans available in the event that we have an usually hot spell.
*Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.

*Renters must be 25+
*Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 8 adults

Great location, perfect for families!

This was the perfect size rental for two families and our 3 children. They loved sleeping in the loft (keep in mind the only access is by a ladder). The main two bedrooms are large with plenty of room, the third bedroom is smaller. The location is perfect, it's about a 15 minute walk to the private (or public) beach, but we drove to the beach most days. The HOA pool is a great benefit. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed! The large deck in front was perfect for barbeques!
