Charming apartment with Alhambra views

1- bedroom apartment with magnificent views of the Alhambra. It is centrally located in the heart of the lower Albaicin quarter, close to Darro river, and 2 minutes walk from Plaza Nueva - Granada’s main central square.

The interiors blend modern design with traditional elements: wood flooring, vintage furniture and original artwork. Free WiFi internet, air conditioning and heating.

The living room is cozy and bright. High, white wooden beam ceilings contrast with colorful paintings and antique rugs. Two windows overlook Granada’s rooftops. Furnishes include a sofa, an armchair and a TV. Dining table and chairs. The modern kitchen forms part of the living area and provides all utensils and appliances for self-catering. With washing machine and dishwasher.

A central corridor leads to the bathroom with shower. Beyond is the bedroom with a double bed and a sunny balcony (south-facing). An ideal place to enjoy the magnificent views of the Alhambra Palace.

Lovely Granada Apartment

We stayed 4 nights in the Carnero apartment and wished it was longer! The apartment is ideally located with views of the Alhambra, very well-equipped, quiet, charming and comfortable. Furnishings are modern and the apartment is in excellent condition. Communication with the owner's niece was good. We would definitely book this apartment again if we return to beautiful Granada!

Pleasant, generous space in a great location

We stayed in this apartment for five nights during a chilly, wet March. The two main rooms are lovely: bright and clean, with wonderful artwork. The living/dining/kitchen room is really open and spacious, and the bedroom has a fantastic view of the Alhambra and a balcony just big enough for two to sit with a drink and enjoy it. While there is another apartment above the main room and music/walking/furniture moving is audible (the person below spent a few hours dancing with his shadow projected on an adjacent building's wall one evening), there is nothing above the bedroom and it was really quiet in there at night. The location is good, at the foot of the Albaicin and close to Plaza Nueva (but far enough from the main drag to avoid noise from foot traffic). Arrangements went smoothly, and Paula was responsive both before and during our stay. The bathroom is really tight, particularly the shower. The shower itself is quite small, and the door is somewhat blocked by the toilet. It took agility to get in and out of the shower, and we are not big people. The kitchen could use a bread knife. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely apartment with amazing views.

Lovely apartment in Granada old town, large and spacious with fantastic views of the Alhambra Palace. Balcony and a roof terrace where you can enjoy a bottle of wine looking at the illuminated Palace. Straightforward booking system clear instructions and communication couldn't be better, a perfect stay. Highly recommended.

Bright, open, feels spacious!

A lovely apartment in a good location. Beware-there are A LOT of cobblestones from the parking complex that is recommended (maybe 10 min away) + many flights of stairs to get to the apartment (as well as 5 flights in the building itself). Taxi's can also only go so far. We enjoyed the open feel, and the view of the Alhambra from the shared roof top terrace in the evening (there is also a small private balcony off the bedroom where you can enjoy the view). We had everything we needed (washing machine, wifi, lovely bathroom soaps etc). If you exit the apartment and turn right, there is a cute "moroccan"(?) tea house at the end of the street.

Highly recommend staying here.

The Veoapartment was perfect!

This apartment was perfectly located. The view of the Alhambra from both the bedroom and the terrace was gorgeous, especially at night. The kitchen and living room were well equipped. Since it is located just a couple of blocks from Plaza Nueva, taxi and tour connections were really easy and all of the major sites easily within walking distance. You will need to carry your bags up some stairs. Also - don't forget to reserve your Alhambra tickets well in advance. Highly recommend this apartment.

As amazing as the photos - Check out the view of the Alhambra

Stunning view of the Alhambra off the small back patio. Loved the eclectic style. Granada is a comfortable and inviting old town that I would love to revisit for a longer stretch. You really feel like you are a part of the town when you stay in this mod apartment.

The Carnero apartment is located in the very heart of the lower Albaicín quarter, right opposite the Alhambra, 2 minutes walking from Plaza Nueva.

The Albaicín is a colourful and charming traditional neighbourhood made up of a network of winding streets and small squares rising up on a hill facing the Alhambra, the area is bordered by the Darro River and by the commercial centre of the city.

Once the site of the Moorish citadel, the Alcazaba, the area still retains a sense of its past in its architecture - many of the churches were built on the foundations of mosques. Today, parts of the Albaicín have taken on a distinctly North African feel with many tearooms and small shops selling Morroccan goods.

Wander through the streets and you'll find wonderful views, a wide variety of restaurants and many terrace bars - where you get a free tapa with your drink as is the custom in Granada. For the best view in town, head for the lively Mirador de San Nicolás where you can contemplate the whole of the Alhambra with the peaks of Sierra Nevada as a backdrop. As the poet said, 'Give him charity, girl, as there is nothing worse in life than being blind in Granada'!
