*Rest assured your safety is our number one concern! Due to the coronavirus, we have done an extensive deep cleaning and we’re taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations.

This Charming 2300 sqft., newly updated 3 bedroom/2 full bathroom home in the heart of town, is surrounded by stunning views and a running river. House has 2 kitchens, 2 floors, 2 separate living areas and sleeps 10 comfortably. The house has two separate entries, perfect for multiple families or couples, wanting to have their own private space.

Walk to shops, restaurants, Uncompaghre River, and all the amenities Ouray has to offer. Close to all the outdoor activities to enjoy in Colorado, such as hiking, jeeping, biking, kayaking, skiing, and Box Canyon Falls.

Perfect stay for large groups or multi families

We came during spring break to ski at Telluride and soak in the hot springs. The location was was perfect to the town and hot springs. Though it was walkable the snowy weather and mud prevented us from walking more.

Perfect location for families with little ones

Very close walk to the park. Took the kiddos there everyday during our stay. House was clean and spacious, loved the huge patio. The only thing I would suggest if you have little ones is bringing some baby gates for the staircase inside and the patio entrances (we ended up using the patio furniture and our coolers to block off the stairs). Would definitely stay again on our next trip! :)

Perfect location

Convenient 5 minute walk to Main Street and Hot Springs. House has no air conditioning, like most on Colorado, but opening the windows for air means inviting the gnats. Thankfully they dont bite. Otherwise this house is a lovely comfortable place for a vacation stay in beautiful Ouray. Love the jetted tub downstairs for days when we didn't want to walk to the springs.
