Beautiful modular spacious 1260 sq ft 1 1/2 bath home with dock located on canal of Lake Dora. There is a fishing pier, a covered boat slip with lift, when available, several local boat launches nearby, and parking for 2 vehicles or one vehicle and boat/motorcycle trailer. Home is fully equipped for just a few days to a month or more. Discounts available for extended stays. It has a full size washer/dryer, full kitchen, 2 flat screen TVs, wifi , and more. Master bedroom has queen size bed, second bedroom has 2 twin beds with private bathroom. There also are is a sofa bed!
Come just to relax or enjoy the nearby activities of Mount Dora, Tavares, Eustis and Leesburg. Great location for fishing tournaments! We are also located about 40 minutes to Disney, Ocala and less than an hour to the beaches.
Whether you enjoy fishing, motorcycles, or cycling we know you will enjoy our wonderful escape.

Lake house in April 2023

The property was as described in the listing. It was very clean with kitchen appliances, towels & bedding. There were 2 screened porches attached to the home. The hosts were easy to reach & very accommodating for us. I would stay again.

Holiday weekend getaway

Quiet neighborhood with the friendliest people you could ever meet. Minutes from activities in downtown Tavares and Mount Dora, while still having everything you need for a stay home vacation. Place was immaculate, hosts were responsive and check in easy even with my delayed flight! Planning another trip already!
