When visiting the Massanutten Resort, you are welcome to book our comfortable vacation home for your stay. With three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, the house provides space to accommodate up to ten people. You can stay in and relax, or go out and enjoy some of the many activities offered inside the resort community.
The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare and serve home cooked meals , and we provide salt and sugar, oil and vinegar, some spices, foil, etc.
Three good sized bedrooms with Smart TVs. Two of the bedrooms have queen size beds, the third one has two bunk beds( full on bottom, twin on top). Linens and towels are provided. Also, shower gel, shampoo and some personal care items are there in case you've forgotten something.
We do not wear shoes inside because we want to keep our house clean and floors looking new as long as possible. Therefore, please bring house slippers or socks to wear inside.
No pets are allowed and smoking is prohibited. You could of course smoke outside, but please dispose cigarettes properly.
For guests with electrical vehicles there’s NEMA 14-50 electrical outlet outside( ask me to tell you where the key is).
This home is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA) and is governed by its
rules and regulations, as well as federal and state laws and local ordinances. There are short-term
rentals in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-tin
residents, including families with children, retirees, or owners of second homes enjoying their retrea
Please respect their privacy and property rights, along with those of other guests in our private
residential community.
NOISE
Noise that is unreasonable in the judgment of MPOA or its designated agent is prohibited at any time
Quiet Hours are between 10 P.M. and 7 A.M.
PARKING
All tires must be off the roadway. DO NOT BLOCK FIRE HYDRANTS! Our private neighborhood
roads are "highways" for law enforcement purposes per Rockingham County ordinance.
Do not park adjacent to any other homes or lots unless this home's owner or property manager has
told you he has explicit permission for you to do so.
Parking rules violators may be subject to having their vehicles towed.
If you cannot park all your vehicles on this property or on the adjoining shoulder of the road, overflow
parking is available at: the MPOA Owners' Swimming Pool parking lot at 4007 Peak Drive.
NOTE: Buses, campers and RVs may not be parked at houses or along neighborhood roads. With
prior MPOA approval they may be parked in the overflow lot during your stay.
NO OPEN FIRES
You are in an area that is at risk for wildfire! NEVER leave any outdoor fire unattended.
ALCOHOL
Open containers of alcohol are prohibited on any road or common area
PETS
Pets are not allowed to run at large. They must be leashed at all times when off this property.
Pet owners are required to clean up after their pets.
TRASH
DO NOT place trash anywhere outside the house, including on screened porches. It will attract
wildlife that could endanger you and damage the property. When using the fire pit please always put the cover on it( local regulations requirement).
