It was a convenient location was probably the best thing it has...

It was in a nice location and layout of the apartment, and easy to get access to the metro. Upon arrival, we were never met by owner and had to figure out on our own how to get into the apartment, which was difficult if not familiar with accessing this place. There were no closet space for us to use as well as no extra bedding which we needed. Difficult to get in contact with the owner at first. Bathroom sink did not drain well for us so used the kitchen sink as much as possible. You are up several flights of stairs, but this is common and expected. Has potential to be a nice place if just cleaned well and few items were repaired.

die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen, es hat in unmittelbarer Nähe alles was man braucht. Metro, Lebensmittelläden, Cafés, Bäckerei etc.. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, für die Sauberkeit wird aber ein Stern abgezogen. Wir fühlten uns wohl und der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war angenehm. Reibungslos war auch die Schlüsselübergabe und die Abgabe der Wohnung. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Preis - Leistung - Sauberkeit muss aber besser werden!!!

Fantastic location Nice place Nice people

We rented that apartment for a week-end in Paris. It was my wife's birthday gift. We enjoyed the place very much. The location is perfect to visit Paris. the metro station is across the street, and the Champs Elysées are literally 3mn away. The picture on the web site do not reveal how roomy the leaving room. The apartment is in a very safe and quiet area of Paris and we could come back after diner pretty late with absolutely no problem feeling secure. The owner is very nice and helpful and showed us the Poncelet market (100m away) that we recommend if you want some typical french (and fresh) food.

The apartment has everything you need

We were lucky choosing this place. First one of the most amazing things this place has is the location. Two blocks from Champs Élysées and Arc de Triomphe where the apartment is located, has good places to eat and nice shopping. The apartment has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and very quick you will feel yourself at home. My wife is very demanding when it comes to the cleanliness and this time she didn't have a single complaint. I just hope I can have the opportunity to spend some time again at this apartment.
