About this property

Large home with a timeless modern decor and great spacious outdoor areas to enjoy the summer sun. A short walk away from Jewel Lake for Trout fishing and surrounded by bike trails and sightseeing adventures. Right around the corner from the Jewel Lake neighborhood center with many dining options and a large grocery store. Only three miles from Alaska's largest indoor shopping mall.

Come enjoy the large south facing deck with plenty of seating and a modern BBQ to bask in the summer sun. Indoors is setup perfectly for large groups with privacy for all. There is a cozy real wood fireplace and woodstove for those chilly nights. Want to have a relaxing night? Downstairs has a theater setup with a fantastic surround sound system or a variety of toys for the kids.

The home has continuous ventilation that moves indoor air out and brings in fresh air from outside. We also have a true HEPA air purifier running at all times. In between longer stays, we sanitize the entire space with the help of an ozone treatment.

Great for families

Great location: close to in and out of town destinations and only a short jump to the airport. Very clean, plenty of space for families with separate common area for kids or second family to hang out. Highly recommend, excellent owners.

Great stay

The house was wonderful and neighborhood was great. A lot of conveniences nearby. Beautiful home. Very comfortable beds and plenty of nice soft towels. Sergei was excellent to work with and very friendly.
