We are on the main commercial strip of West Seattle within walking distance to dozens of bars, restaurants, places to shop and a few grocery stores. This modern townhouse serves as the offices of Guenther Group, a creative agency, and we rent out the upstairs townhome on a regular basis. (Separate entrance and private space that's above our street-level office.) There is one bedroom available w/ a queen bed, one sofa bed, a fireplace, and it also includes a rooftop deck with a great view.

About Kelly Guenther
Dad of two kids, snowboard and boat lover. Also a PR, video production and digital marketing agency owner. I'm on the road a lot as well.
Kelly Guenther purchased this Townhome in 2013
Why Kelly Guenther chose North Admiral
Because it's in the heart of everything in West Seattle. My clients love it because you can walk to just about everything you need and it's modern and full of light.
What makes this Townhome unique
The rooftop deck lets you get away from some of the bustle during the day and gives you fabulous Olympic Mountain views as well as sunsets. It's also Built Green so very efficient and modern. Also a great place to unwind with a cocktail.

Great place, and great location.
Walking distance to stores, restauants, coffee shops!
The place could use a few things: we received only 1towel per person for 4 days. Coffee maker shut down last day and for a coffee junkie like me, that was not good. A plan B would be a good idea!
Owner was accessible and helpful on check in day which was great.
Overall stay was positive and the place was nice and clean and decorated very cool!
I would recommend it for sure!
Enjoyable stay. Clean and comfortable. Clear instructions provided.
Convenient location. Plenty of dining within walking distance and public transportation to great shopping at Alaska Junction.
Cool place to stay in N Admiral
Took a week and toured Seattle. Comfortable digs, good for 1-2 added guests if needed. Good lighting and window space. Sit by the fire and watch a little TV. No complaints. Awesome German bar close by. Parking was a concern going in, but found out that it's not that big a deal once you see what's here. They have a map pinpointing of all the visitors, from all over the world -- Keep it going!
Great location, nice modern townhome
Modern, great rooftop, walking distance to a number of cool shops and restaurants
West Seattle Gem!
The accomodations were perfect for my husband and I; being clean, cozy, friendly and stylish! The location is near family, and we couldn't have been more pleased with our very enjoyable weekend!
So glad you enjoyed!
Highly highly recommended!
We got in and Kelly sent a welcome text with the code and address. It's a keyless property which was a plus for us. The entry way is clean and decorated with nice artwork. Popped our shoes off and headed upstairs. There we found a very cool living space with the living, dining area, and kitchen. Living area has everything needed for a place to chill. Cable, Blu-ray, AppleTV, and Samsung smart hub. Good sized led TV with a Sonos soundbar for great sound. Comfy hide'a bed couch with a hammock style chair and a big ottoman to kick your feet up on. Kitchen is well stocked with all things needed for making breakfast, lunch and dinner. Just stop at the Safeway right up the street (walking distance) and get your groceries. There's a bathroom on the living floor and another one upstairs on the bedroom floor. The living floor is very well decorated and the big red neon G gives a cool feel at night. The bedroom floor has a queen sized bed and a large corner desk for computers, working, or just to set things down on. The bed is very comfortable and the sheets/comforter are soft and keep you very warm. Bathroom has a hairdryer and lotion and soap. The next floor up is the rooftop access. There is plenty of room up there for hanging out with friends or grilling. Cool lighting up there as well. Loved going up there, having a drink and looking around West Seattle. There's allot of great places to eat very close by. We tried Circa and Dukes. They were delicious and service was awesome. My wife is a runner and was able to run down to Alki beach and get some miles in. There's also some really cool parks within walking distance. We rented a truck and UBER'd around. Parking was not a problem at all. We always had a spot right outside. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. It's a nice retreat from downtown. I can't say anything negative about this place. It's first on my list for places to stay in Seattle. Highly highly recommend. The owner is a great guy and very accommodating and he's got an amazing place he shares with us. Thank you Kelly for an awesome visit to Seattle. Sean and Robin from Alaska
