Great Place
Stayed for a week in August. Plenty of room for everyone. Hearing the "brook" (which was raging cause of all the recent rain) is amazing!!! Huge deck plus awesome screen room right up to the woods! Super relaxing. Kitchen had everything and then some.

What a wonderful week!
Pictures really don’t do the house justice, what a wonderful place. We had sooo much space for our family- there were 6 of us. We felt right at home and the house had everything we needed. Location was perfect. We will certainly be back!

Short stay in NH
The condo was easy to find and was located close to many attractions. It was definitely a little dated and had a musty smell when we first arrived. There were also many small black dead flies in the bathroom. Be aware there is only one ac in family room so bedrooms can get hot. We really enjoyed the screened in porch. Having to bring your own sheets and towels for ten people was a bit of a pain.

Perfect for a big family
Our extended family stayed together to celebrate 88 birthday of our matriarch. Perfect spot for outdoor lovers! The house was quiet, close to everything and far away from it all! Enough room for all to sleep, eat, play and enjoy.

Great setting and location
The things we loved about this property were amazing. The location is wonderful — close to everything we wanted to do, nestled into the woods, quiet with that lovely brook babbling in the background. The deck and screened in porch are wonderful. It expanded the house space amazingly and allowed for separate areas for adults and kids. There are some weak areas too. The house is dark, the lighting — especially in the kitchen — was dim at best. The bedrooms are small and the indoor public area is limited. But the proof’s in the pudding, would we come back? It’s such a lovely spot, and we spent most of our time outside anyway, sure we would. Bonus: Ask your host about her map to local swimming holes — they were the highlight of the trip!

A Massachusetts resident but my heart is in New Hampshire. I absolutely love the mountains, as I bet you do. Perhaps my midwest roots are the reason why I cherish the outdoors and love the beauty and the creation of the mountains, waterfalls, and the majestic animals.

Why they chose this property

Rustic and relaxing, a home away from home. You are ensconced in nature. Away from the North Conway traffic but close to all the fun. A true four seasons paradise. Let's see you there.

What makes this property unique

Charming, not fussy. Enjoy the screened porch, wrap around deck and listen to the bubbling stream. Woods and nature all around. Summer, swimming, fishing, boating or water sports in the nearby lakes, rivers and streams. Fall leaves, hiking and amazing views. Winter skiing, snowmobiling, skating, fat tire biking. Take the chill off and enjoy the coziness of the home with the wood stove in a beautiful rustic setting.
