All the furniture is new, comfortable, modern, and quality.
The swimming pool is exclusively for guests.
The owners, who are farmers, will be happy to tell you about interesting spots and local markets.
In a very touristic but peaceful area, in the heart of a holm oak wood, you will enjoy the 8x4 m gated pool.
The villa boasts:

Superbe villa située proche de tous les sites et villages ardéchois

Séjour très agréable et nature au milieu des vignes champs de lavandes amandiers arbres fruitiers- les hôtes sont très à l’écoute et vous prodiguent leurs conseils pour des visites alentours - agriculteurs engagés ils parlent de leur métier avec passion ! Nous y retournerons très certainement

Idéal au calme

Une maison fraîche et impeccable. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine en famille. Nous étions au top les enfants aux anges avec la piscine et nos amis à pattes ont pu profiter de cet extérieur arboré et entièrement clôturé ! Merci à nos hôtes pour leur Acceuil et leur gentillesse

Belle maison spacieuse avec jolie piscine, très appréciable. terrain clos. propriétaires très sympathiques et à l'écoute. ont été tout de suite réactifs aux petits problèmes rencontrés. Nous avons passé de belles vacances en famille, dans une région riche en découvertes.

Tres bon séjour.

Bon sejour , maison agréable , grande et fonctionnelle. Terrain bien clos notre chien a apprécier . Propriétaire à l'écoute et tres sympathique. Commerces à proximité. On apprécie la terrasse ombragée qui donne sur la piscine.
