We were having to move from one VRBO property to another because our first place was only available for the first two nights of a 3 night visit in Key West. So we never even set foot in the place... Both rentals were through Vacasa, and they were not very helpful or flexible. In fact, they were extremely rigid. It was raining very hard and they offered no help in allowing us to even keep our small packed bags in either place (after 10AM and before 4PM), so we'd have to move everything somewhere (in the pouring rain) for 6 hours......So we rented a car and left for home. We never set foot in the place. I would like refund for at least the cleaning fee! Thank you!!

Good location but very disappointed

Property is cute and in a great location but disappointed in overall experience! Some of what was advertised was confusing and not accurate. We had someone who was handicapped and that is why we selected this rental but some of the info says that rental comes with “one free parking space.” Another rental unit renter parked in the spot outside so you still have to fight for street parking which was tough and stressful given our situation. This is inaccurate advertising because it’s only street parking. The TV downstairs in main room was not working. We tried everything but could not get the cable to work so our folks could watch the football games at night. The management initially found it, promised follow up with us and “mitigation” but no one followed up with us! Very disappointing and this was for a family member with a big birthday. Part of the reason we rented this property was because it advertised catering to people with mobility issues. We also had major safety concerns because even though our door said “Southern Cross”, other renters were given our code and walked right by our windows repeatedly at all hours.

Cute Cottage

The house looked exactly as advertised and very clean. We loved the outdoor seating area and pool. I love the location being close to the Southern Most Point. Plenty of places to eat in walking distance. Also close to the beaches. Plenty of room for six of us. I would stay here again for sure.
