The inside of this cute studio is efficient, offering a kitchenette with a compact fridge and freezer, microwave, coffeemaker, and toaster. Overall, a nice stay.

3 things that kept this from 5 stars - little things. First, the slope from Beach Rd off onto Smith Neck Rd entrance is very steep! Be careful in low clearance vehicles. Lack of stove or sink (besides the one in the bathroom) for those days you're stuck and have to cook inside - but those aren't what's keeping us from returning. It's the front door mechanism which sometimes lets you in. Sometimes not so much. But the place was very clean and well kept. We had a wonderful week near our favorite beach.

Nauset Summah vacation

Positives: Great access to Nauset Beach, comfortable. Negatives: A bit "buggy" with green-head flies and midgies, no forks in silverware drawer, landscaping a bit overgrown. *Also, a bit of " uncaring attitude " from the phone receptionist when requesting a late checkout; I was responding to an email sent recently.

This studio/cottage is perfect for a couple!

Very tidy and well supplied cottage. Short walk to the beach. Close to anything you could need, as well as a variety of restaurants. The bed is very comfortable with good bedding and extra blankets. Plenty of towels. One thing that could be more up front is that there are 2 studios, side by side, in this one cottage. I wasn't clear on that in the beginning. However, it works just fine - never a problem with noise. We were out and about most of the time. I would stay again!
