About this property

Villa Sonia 200 meters from the sea, a few km from Pozzallo. The house has ditre bedrooms all air-conditioned, outdoor lighting, swimming pool, barbecue, washing machine etc. The structure lends itself to be lived especially all'estreno, in fact there are verandas and all the amenities to enjoy the outdoor spaces. They are included in the water, electricity, gas and final cleaning. For the linen we require € 5 per person.
The pool is open from the last week of June until the first of September.

Sommerurlaub

Das Haus war wie beschrieben, sauber ind alles da, was man braucht. Auch den Pool haben wir alle genossen. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und es wurde zwischenzeitlich immer nach unserem Wohlbefinden gefragt. Der Strand in 3-4 Gehminuten zu erreichen und ein kleiner Einkaufsmarkt ist auch in der Nähe und zu Fuss erreichbar. Alles in allem hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub.

Lovely villa and very welcoming and helpful owner

This villa was perfect for our stay, it had everything we needed. It was a straightforward drive from the airport. The location was good, there were a couple of supermarkets/ bars within walking distance and several more a short drive away. The beach was a couple of minutes walk away and was never too crowded. There were many beautiful and historic towns a reasonable drive away. The owner was very friendly and helpful and came extremely quickly to our rescue when my youngest daughter managed to lock us all out of the villa. Though she didn’t speak English we managed to communicate adequately using phones to translate. I am very happy to recommend this villa.

Perfect location

We spent 10 days in this wonderful place, with a pool, well-kept and close to the beach. The site is situated in very quiet area but in a lively neighborhood. Ideal for trips to discover the near and far area around of Sizilia. We spent our time there with our kids, 4 kids from 8 to 19 years. The combination of beach and adventure was great. We can only say thanks to Sonia our landlady. She has prepared a delicious Lasagne for a warm welcome after a long and stressful journey. And was available in every case to help and to make the trip an experience. Herewith I can only recommend to stay there... Thanks again for great holiday.
