Casa do Mar is a delightful terraced house on the Ocean front. Has a stunning panoramic view.

Very tranquil and private, the house consists of 3 bedrooms: a double and 2 single however 1 bedroom has a bed that can become a double bed. The living room is open space with dining area with patio doors to the large terrace and barbecue area, to the swimming pool and garden. The kitchen is fully equipped. Has a laundry room next to the garage.

Secure parking for 2 cars inside the property.

The property is daily staffed that clean the pool and attend to the garden.

The swimming pool can be adapted with a fence for children’s protection.

Easy access to local shops and public transports.

Nearest beach is at 400m, Azarujinha beach, a small sheltered beach, with a footpath along the sea front to Cascais village.

Estoril adjoins Cascais, and in the 1920’s it was here that the Estoril Coast began to gain its international reputation as a seaside resort.

This coast boasts a wide variety of beaches that have been awarded the prestigious blue flag by the European Union for the quality of their sea water, infrastructure and back-up services.

Estoril and Cascais have a fine selection of golf courses. The climate is mild so golf can be played all year round.

Today the region features seven 18 hole courses: Golf do Estoril, Pestana Beloura Golf, Quinta da Marinha Golf, Penha Longa Atlântico and Oitavos Dunes Golf, (the latter two classified in the 50 best courses in Europe ranking) and one 9 hole - Penha Longa Monastery in Sintra.
