Coastal Palms is our second home. It’s an elegant 2 bed room, 2 bath room, luxury town home that sleeps 6 (max) and includes the complimentary use of our 6-passenger Street Legal Golf Cart, 4 beach cruiser bikes, 4 beach chairs, Cool Cabana, a beach trailer and everything you will need for great days at the beach!

This beautiful town home has a master bedroom with a King size bed, smart TV, bed-side USB charging outlet, walk-in closet, en-suite bath, walk-in shower & separate water closet. The guest bedroom has a King size bed, smart TV, bed-side USB charging outlet, and double doors that open to a covered balcony where there is a high-top table and 2 chairs. We also provide a Pack n Play bed for infants. Both bedrooms also feature room darkening drapes that can be pulled to take a nice nap in the middle of the day. Our great room features a contemporary sofa, a very comfortable arm chair, coffee table, a queen size cabinet murphy bed and a large screen smart TV w/sound bar. The dining area features a beautiful round table with 4 high-back padded chairs and 3 additional chairs at the breakfast bar. The open-concept kitchen has all stainless-steel appliances, granite counter tops and comes fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare delicious meals for your entire family. You will only need to buy groceries. Our unit also comes with a one car garage (which houses our street legal golf cart, bicycles and beach equipment) and is equipped with a key-less entry smart lock at the main entrance. For security purposes, we have motion activated cameras installed to monitor and record any activity in the driveway and just outside the main entrance.

In addition, Coastal Palms includes the free use of our 6 passenger, Street Legal Golf Cart and 4 beach cruiser bikes (2 adult, 2 youth w/helmets & locks).

The main renter MUST be at least 25 years of age and be staying at our house with their party for the entire stay.

NOTE OUR GOLF CART POLICY: All drivers of our Street Legal Golf Cart MUST be at least 25 years of age, provide a photo of their valid driver’s license and their up-to-date auto insurance card. In addition, they must electronically sign the liability waiver on our Legal Rental Agreement that will be emailed to each eligible driver via DocuSign.

One of our adult bikes includes a nice trailer that allows you to transport 4 portable beach chairs, the cabana and 6 complimentary beach towels to the beach of your choice. Then you can detach the trailer and convert it to a light-weight pull cart that you can walk right out on to the sand with. OR, you may choose to load up the golf cart with all the beach equipment and head off to one of the 6, golf cart accessible, beaches we have listed in our detailed Welcome Book.

The Prominence community features 2 very nice swimming pools. On the north side, you will find an awesome 5000 sq. foot resort-style, child friendly pool (heated in October/November & March/April) with lounging cabanas, outdoor dining facilities w/gas grills, upholstered outdoor living sectionals and bathhouses.

On the south side, you will find a quaint, more secluded, relaxing pool with resort-style cabanas and lounge chairs, table & chair sets with umbrellas and a really nice bathhouse.

Check out THE HUB/BIG CHILL! Directly across the street from our community. The Hub/Big Chill offers shopping, nice restaurants, outdoor movie nights and seasonal live entertainment. It’s one of the top Hot Spots on 30A!

Take the Golf Cart or the Bikes and the beach equipment to the picturesque beach at Deer Lake State Park just 6/10th's of a mile west of our home. The dunes and beach are absolutely beautiful.

For those more adventurous, ride the bikes and trek up and down the convenient bike paths on 30A and visit the nearby communities such as Seaside, Watercolor, Seagrove, Seacrest, Alys Beach & Rosemary Beach. Or, you may prefer to take the street legal golf cart to some of these same communities for breakfast or lunch, just park the cart in a regular public parking spot. DISCLAIMER: Rosemary, Seacrest & Alys Beach communities DO NOT allow golf carts to be parked in their communities. You can only ride straight through on 30A.
