About this property

Everyone needs time to relax and recharge. This is the place for you to sit on the large covered back deck and watch the boats go by. In the evening, light the tiki torches, relax on the large round daybed and enjoy the view of Burnside Marina across the lake. This one bedroom, one bathroom cottage, sleeps four comfortably. Master bedroom has a king size, memory foam mattress. Living room has full sized memory foam double reclining sofa, which lays flat for extra sleeping area. Enjoy the 55 inch cable TV in living room and 33 inch tv in bedroom. A DVD player and movies are provided for bedroom TV. Both TVs are on Spectrum with streaming through ROKU. This cottage is a short 10 minute drive to a large selection of restaurants, drive-in movie theater, and shopping in downtown Somerset. It is also a 10 minute drive to two very nice marinas or boat ramps. While visiting Cumberland, add to your bucket list a drive and hike at Cumberland falls. Beautiful 45-minute drive from the cottage. The fully equipped kitchen has all new appliances, Kurig coffee makers with a variety of coffees and teas. Also, toaster, blender, and crock pot plus gas grill. Linens and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels). Make yourself at home and enjoy making memories on Cumberland Lake.

Beautiful Lake House

This rental is beautifully decorated. The property owner went above and beyond. I stay in a lot of rentals across the US and this property had the best communication. It was very clean and accommodating. Oh, and you can see the lake from the patio. We will be back to this location and it will now be our permanent place to stay when we visit the area.

Wonderful time

Vickie was absolutely awesome. I loved receiving texts from her about recommendations on where to eat. The place was amazing. Pictures just didn’t do it justice. We will definitely be staying again in the future. Thank you for everything.

This cottage is a gem! So cozy and such a relaxing view from the deck. Vickie makes checking in and out so easy and this place is so neat and clean. We’ll be returning for sure!
