About this property

This Gorgeous brand-new villa is located at Storey Lake community. Upon entering the home you will be impressed by the beautiful open and spacious floor plan and plenty of natural light! This beautifully decorated five bedroom home with four bathrooms will provide plenty of space for family, friends, and entertainment! On the first floor you will find two bedrooms first one with two twins beds and the second with a queen bed. On the second floor you will find three bedrooms, the first on is two twins bed, second a white bunk bed and third our amazing master bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom. Enjoy time because this community has so much to offer! From views of the Disney fireworks, to a Clubhouse with a resort pool, spa, pool side food & beverage service, water slide, lazy river, splash pad, private cabanas, volleyball court, basketball court, golfing, canoeing access and more! This home is perfect for you and your family to create memories!

Please note, that the AC temperature can not be set up lower than 72 degrees.

The minimum age required is 18.

BBQ grill and Pool Heat are additional fees. A services fee of $50 will be applied for the pool heating order placed

No INTERNET

The property was nice , however the internet was in and out the entire 4 days . The TV down stairs never came on . The connector for the internet is broken , so the cord kept coming out . No one was sent over to check it after emailing and calling .

Listing was not as pictured

Communication with the host was difficult prior to the stay and throughout the stay. We weren't given clear directions about check-in or how to access amenities. Upon arrival at the property, we thought they had put sheets on the furniture to protect it only to find out the couches were very dirty underneath. We asked to be moved to another home, but they didn't have anything available. We also found many dirty dishes and one of the toilets was dirty. We attempted to resolve the issue by asking for a refund of the cleaning fee. As of check out time, we still haven't received a response from the host. Also the wifi wasn't working and someone was supposed to come and fix it, but no one ever showed up. I only give this stay a 3 rating because of the location and the waterpark and the size of the home. There was much left to be desired.

Soccer get away

Stay was amazing check in process very simple, security personnel was very helpful and professional area was the greatest everything you need was right there, in hand reach if any time my friend needs a place I am first to recommend them to stay there.

Location was great

They are a few things that should be addressed. New bed pillows are a must. Vacuum was broken. One side of the grill needed to be lite with a lighter. We would have liked if all the security gates were closed
