Unit A13 is a spectacular unit featuring: easy beach access, comfortable furnishings, shared pool, balcony with views and much more! This waterfront condo has all the comforts of home coupled with the best views in Clearwater Beach.

Our Gulf front unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and will accommodate 6 guests total. The primary bedroom has a King bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 Full beds.

The unit features a fully equipped kitchen with seating for 2, the dining area has a table for 6 guests.

This beautiful beachfront condo is 1350 square feet.

The living area is spacious and you see spectacular sunsets.

Enjoy your morning coffee and awesome Gulf views from your balcony, living area and primary bedroom.

Amazing view

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was nice and very clean and well maintained! The view was amazing! One thing that would have made it even better is higher chairs on balcony so you could see the ocean without the obstruction of the rails.

Beautiful views of the beach

We really enjoyed our stay and loved the views from our condo. Our group of 4 ladies stayed in unit A13. It was a perfect location. It was walking distance to restaurants and shopping but far enough from the crowds. The condo had beach chairs, umbrella and pool toy toys. The pool was nice. Communication was great from management We had one maintenance issue but it was fixed quickly. Easy check in and out. I'd recommend this property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I stayed in this property for our honeymoon, and could not have been more pleased! The condo was huge in size, incredibly clean, and beautifully decorated. The view that you wake up to in this property is worth every penny, and beach access is super convenient! Our property manager, Mona, was very kind and personable, as well as quick to help us with whatever we needed. Not to mention, the location of this property is superb; there were multiple, delicious meals that we were within 5 minutes walking distance. Also, you are merely an hour, at most, away from Tampa - opening the door to so many more fun activities. Overall, we had an amazing honeymoon and this was largely due to this property!

Nice beach front property.

We enjoyed our stay. It was a very short walk to the beach and the property also has a very nice pool to use. The only thing that would make the property better is if it was updated with some remodeling and with newer plumbing fixtures in the showers. Some other reviews we read prior to our trip pointed this out and we would have to agree. Overall it is still a decent place to stay with a view of the beach from your balcony. All of the support staff is very helpful as well.
