Owner lied to avoid refund. Proof filed w/ VRBO, who couldn't help. Refund dispute = Legal action.
Upon arrival, we were unable to gain entrance to the condo due to having been given
the incorrect Keypad code. The coffee decanter still
had brewed coffee in it. The toaster, knife block, stove and microwave were greasy (recent splatters/incredibly old grease), dirty floors, dresser drawers had to be vacuumed and
wiped to use. Toaster had crumbs on top of it, remnants of
eggs on the counter. Under the rims ALL 3 toilets were covered in black. There was an awful smell upon entering. It was the washing machine smelling of spoiled vinegar.
There was an excessive amount of calcium buildup on the shower/bath knobs and shower heads. The master
BR carpet has many visible spots that look like an animal used it for it bathroom
area. The metal
balcony furniture was broken & dangerous on both balconies. Front door wouldn't lock. We asked maintenance man, he was aware. We were trapped in the condo
many days, having to get the construction workers attention to ask to remove tape & plastic from the door that
was preventing us from exiting. The windows were covered in plastic. Unable to use the elevator 95% of the time b/c the
construction workers having the path to it blocked, us having to wait for them to move their things & scrape the
concrete to let us past. Many times we
checked the peep hole to see if we could open the door, all we could see was a mans CROTCH & scaffolding. Owner, Renee asked 'Would $250 for you family help your feelings?' Video & photo proof of all with VRBO
