This 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom home is conveniently located in Breckenridge's Warrior's Mark neighborhood. The free town shuttle has stops at either end of our street (less than 5 minute walk) which will take you right to the base of Peak 9 or to the gondola parking lot. Our 3,200 square foot home is very comfortable, with radiant-floor heating system to keep you toasty in the winter. Our house is family and child friendly--including one bedroom that has two bunk beds in it (sleeping up to 5 children in that room). In addition to the five bedrooms, there is a loft on the third floor which allows for extra sleeping and living space. Enjoy the HOT TUB (brand new in Sep. 2019) on the back porch after a long day skiing. The large kitchen features plenty of meal-time seating for those large family gatherings. Master bedroom has a king bed. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, bedroom 3 has two bunk beds, bedroom 4 has a queen, bedroom 5 has a queen bed and there is also a full bed in the loft living area plus a queen sofa bed. The perfect home for your large group's visit to beautiful Breckenridge!

Lots of space

Plenty of space for our group of 7 to spread out and each have our own bedroom. Hot tub was wonderful after a full day of skiing. 5 minutes to downtown Breck and we could not have been happier. House is well equipped and ready for your ski or outdoor adventures-

Great stay!

Overall, our stay was great. The house fit our needs of a party of 11. I feel the photos are accurate, so our expectations were met. The home does need some updating, some of the beds/pillows were a little uncomfortable, there are some cabinets that didn’t stay closed and most of the windows wouldn’t open (maybe frozen shut?). But again, we feel the house met our expectations for the price we paid. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. The location was good as it was close to peak 9 base. We took the shuttle a couple times but found driving down to lot F was easy enough so we did that for the most part. Would stay here again.

Incredible property close to Breck

Amazing property. Very spacious for a group of friends. Very family friendly, with amenities for babies (high chair etc). Walking distance to Breck bus. Couldn’t recommend highly enough

We are the Harvey Family! I (Stephanie) grew up making trips with my family every year to Breckenridge and my husband Ben and I are now enjoying bringing our three kids to this wonderful little town. Owning a home here has been a long-time dream of ours and we are so happy to share our home with you!

Why they chose this property

We love our home because it is cozy but big enough to fit our family plus some friends. We love the location in Warrior's Mark neighborhood because this is "real" Breckenridge. Many of our neighbors are locals. We love being steps from the free bus to get us into town and we love how peaceful and quiet our neighborhood is. We spend several months of the year at the house so it is truly a "home" and not just some sterile rental property. If you want "real" Colorado, choose our home!
