A beautifully restored farmhouse with spectacular views of both the Majiella and Gran Sasso mountain ranges and surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. The golden sandy beaches of the Adriatic are only a 25min drive away
The interior of the house combines traditional and contemporary design and has recently undergone extensive restoration work.
Downstairs is open plan with a vaulted ceiling, ceramic floors, comfy sofas and dining for all. The kitchen is well equipped including a large range cooker, American fridge/freezer and full sized dishwasher.
The well-appointed large bedrooms are all en suite and have either super king size or large single beds and are accessed via the traditional marble exterior steps.
An additional feature to this property is the fabulous gym with all the latest equipment
Outside the spacious terrace and surrounding garden are perfect for dining and relaxation.

Absoluter Wohlfühlurlaub!

Am Anreisetag wurden wir sehr herzlich von Will und Paula empfangen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber uns gepflegt. Von der Ausstattung hat nichts gefehlt. Eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit der Gastgeber war für uns gerichtet. Darüber haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen, traumhaften Lage. Der Ausblick ist unbeschreiblich. Das Meer ist in kürze mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Auch Einkaufsläden sind nicht unweit der Unterkunft. Bei Fragen waren Will und Paula stets erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine schöne, erholsame Woche! Für Familien mit Kindern ist diese Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen!!

Super vacances en famille!!!!!

Nous sommes restés 2 semaines dans la maison et avons pu visiter les merveilles de la région. Les hôtes sont très accueillants, discrets et disponibles à la fois. Ils sont également aux petits soins. Un exemple: durant notre séjour, un parasol de la piscine a rendu l’âme et le lendemain, Will a apporté directement une solution en en montant un nouveau… La maison est splendide, bien équipée et bien située pour visiter la région! Les restaurants locaux sont supers!

Will is originally from Shropshire but has devoted the last few years to renovating this fabulous farm house so to truly enjoy living la dolce vita and be able to share his passion for Italy with those who visit. He has an extensive knowledge of the area having visited as well as lived here. He is a fitness enthusiast who has cycled the region extensively so a great person to give advice on where to go and what to do.

Why they chose this property

The property has the benefit of enjoying views of both the Gran Sasso and Majella mountain ranges but also it is only a short drive to the beautiful golden beaches at Montisilvano. An ideal location to base yourself at if you are looking to visit the many fascinating areas in the region whether this is by car or cycling. The swimming pool and jacuzzi allow visitors to relax and destress during downtime and the beautiful accommodation gives the feeling of luxury and decadence.

What makes this property unique

Fully equipped gym, swimming pool with decked area and sun loungers, jacuzzi, BBQ facilities, tranquil and private setting, all accommodation is en-suite, unlimited car parking. Rooms can be set up as required e.g. king, twin single. Camp cot and high chair available, convenient location, stunning views, outdoor terraces to enjoy views and sunsets.
