About this property

Beautiful villa 100 meters from the sea, spacious with private pool, garden with trees in lush tropical flowers and modern rooms of 145 sqm, in a quiet area for 2-7 persons. The rate includes water electricity the household the wifi internet and washing machine. The very clean beaches are Warang (1km), Nianing lagoon (2km) Retail for proximité.Pour restaurants, casino, various activities to the center of Mbour (3km) or Saly (8 km). The staff consists of Pope manages the functioning of the villa and represents us in our absence. You can also if you wish to appeal to our housekeeper / cook to prepare delicious meals, Ironing races etc ... (the day for two meals is 5 euros (Honorary resolve it locally). The latter has an outdoor kitchen to give you more comfort in the villa. For the transfer Airport-villa, El Hage, our taxi, can make the transfer airport-villa count 50 euros. Pape is also available to help you and advise you unusual places, possibility to organize according to your wish of Senegalese evenings in the village (very typical) with campfire, djembe etc ... the Bandia animal reserve, the pink lake are places to visit
He can also accompany you to negotiate your purchases.

Vacances

Nos vacances se sont bien passées dans l'ensemble. Mais nous n'avons pas eu la possibilité d'utiliser la piscine de cet hébergement, pendant les 5 premiers jours. En outre, la villa n'était pas tout à fait conforme à la description du site. Dommage, car la maison a beaucoup de potentiel, mais elle manque de maintenance, ceci, dès l'entrée dans les lieux. Étant de fidèles clients d'Abritel, nous avons été interloqués par ce bien. Cependant, le Sénégal reste une destination à ne pas manquer.

Excellent accueil de Pape et sa disponibilité

Maison à 100 mètres de l'océan avec une activité de petits pêcheurs importante. Alimentations et un restaurant sympa à moins de 500 mètres.

Accueil des propriétaires et de Pape excellent Aida et Pape sont très disponibles Petits problèmes sur l'équipement Micro onde hs Machine à laver en panne Cafetière entartrée wc entartré ou fuyant Manque des ampoules moustiquaires en mauvais états Mais ces petits problèmes ne nous pas empêcher de passer un excellent séjour Maison bien située et la qualité des relations humaines aussi bien intérieure qu'extérieur de la maison Merci Henri

Très bon séjour avec nos enfants et petits enfants

Nous avons passé d agréable vacances dans cette belle propriété. Très bien sécurisé. Très bien situé pour les ballades. Tout la famille a apprécié la présence de pape sur le site. Sa presence avec nous à Dakar était intéressante excellent guide. Nous avons fait la sortie à la réserve de bandia les enfants étaient super contents. Nous avons bien rigoles des notre arrivée avec pape.Il sait toujours trouve des solutions pour que tout se déroule à merveille. Les moments du matin ont été très appréciés par nous tous ,le plaisir de discuter avec pape. Merci awa pour la cuisine personne très discrète. Merci pape. On reviendra te voir. Il faut au Sénégal vivre comme eux et savoir être respectueux.

Désolé et déçu à mon septième séjour au Sénégal

Nous étions quatre adultes sans enfants: Elisabeth, Christine, Christian et Richard. Il est vrai, et nombreux commentaires le soulignent , que Papé est gentil, cultivé et rend de précieux services. Mais : bien qu'en elle-même la maison soit grande et confortable, elle a plusieurs points faibles non négligeables. Micro-onde en panne, machine à laver le linge aussi, la télé également, pas de pression d'eau à l'étage (donc salle d'eaux inutilisable), les serviettes de toilette non fournies (il faudra le signaler dans la description de l'offre), la piscine sale (en arrivant, nous avons commencé à la nettoyer nous-mêmes, suivis le lendemain par Papé). A propos d'Awa, copieusement félicitée pour sa cuisine dans tous les commentaires, nous nous permettrons, navrés, d'émettre quelques réserves. A part ces quelques ombres, le repos fut total. Merci, Papé !
