About this property

Hiking, golf, 5 star restaurants, casual breakfast spots, Spring Training, nightlife and Fashion Square Mall are all just a short walk from this property! Comfort and class greet you at this newly renovated town home with wonderful views of the HEATED POOL, lush grass, mature trees & Camelback Mountain. Kitchen is fully equipped and easy to cook in with new stainless steel appliances. This VRBO is loaded to the 9's with everything you will need to have a fantastic vacation for 6 people!

Town home was completely remodeled in November of 2017. Everything is brand new and ready for you to enjoy. Queen pull out couch on the main floor with 1/2 bath and a raised queen air mattress upon request. Upstairs is a full bathroom and two bedrooms, one with two queen beds and other with a king. You can sleep up to 10, 8 more comfortably. The sheets are all 1200 thread count, comes with soap/shampoo, hair dryer, soft towels etc - only the best for our guests! The heated pool is about 20 steps from your front door. Unit comes with a covered parking spot and plenty of visitor parking. Should you want, you can rent beach cruisers for $1 an hour.

Only 20 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport, 10 minutes to Talking Stick Casino, 7 minutes to Salt River Fields, the Giant's stadium is walking distance as are the best restaurants, bars, old town shops, art galleries (free art walk on Thursday nights) and Fashion Square mall (Harkins Theater, Nordstrom, Dicks, Macy's etc.) 20 min from Westworld Arabian Horse Show, Barrett Jackson Auto Auction and TPC PGA Phoenix Open Golf Tournament. There is a free Scottsdale Trolley that picks up across the street from the town home and will take you all over Old Town should you choose not to walk. Your really don't need a car!

Living room has a brand new 55 inch LED 4k TV with Netflix and cable, all furniture is brand new and very comfortable (we gave our decorator no budget, she did a great job!). The entire town home is serviced with free lightening fast Wi-Fi. There is also a color printer, copier and scanner should you need to use it.

This property has a brand new AC unit and Heater - no worries whether it is 100 degrees or 40, you will be comfortable! Pool is heated and the BBQ's are first come first serve or cook up a meal in your brand new kitchen, make yourself at home. The walls are concrete which makes the property very quiet and peaceful, you will sleep well! There is a semi private patio with seating for you to enjoy.

Owner/Property Manager lives only 2 miles away and has lived in Old Town Scottsdale for over 5 years, if you need anything or are looking for suggestions just ask! Front door has a digital keypad lock for easy entry. If you need a pack n' play for a baby we can supply one.

Girls weekend

4 of us stayed here for a 4 day getaway. Great location and was easy to get to dinners and places. Highly recommend if you are in the area.

the best thing about this small townhouse is location , the place is clean , a little outdate furniture , but location is amazing , its a little inconvenient not to have washer and dryer in the same place .

This place was cute and in a GREAT location. Lots and lots to do. Small but lively pool in complex. We had some technical issues but owner was very responsive and made things right. Would definitely stay here again.

Dirty & Dishonest Experience

Walked in to the property which smelled of penetrated cigarette smoke. Large, sticky dark stains on the carpet. Large blood and urine-colored stains on the upstairs mattresses. Blankets and pillows yellowed and smelt like dirty people. Pulled out the sofa bed as a last resort, smelled like stale cigarettes. Took me calling VRBO 12 hours to get Mark the owner who claims “he lives 2 miles away and is there if we need him” to respond to me in a message stating he would only refund me the cleaning fee. We were in his property for 15 hours - he refused to refund our money and charged us thousands of dollars for being in his property for 15 hours. He stated “any dissatisfaction of the property is personal preference “. What a dishonest person offering a dirty home at premium pricing and telling us as the renters too bad, I am keeping your money. We left the premises with him stating that we were welcome to check out if we chose to. I asked the property owner how he would expedite the refund so we could book a stay elsewhere? He stated “After you check out the cleaning crew will enter the property. If the property is in good condition as you received it, I will issue you a partail refund. So we left to another property on to receive the cleaning fee as our compensation. We were charged thousands of dollars for 15 hours in his property because it is his right to keep the 6 days of stsy payment. You cannot photograph the smell of cigarette smoke and dirty furniture. Terrible

AAA location, literally can walk to all the highlights of Old Town Scottsdale from the front door of this Townhome. 4 heated pools in the complex with views of Camelback Mountain. We recently had a baby and are trying to get our parents to move to Scottsdale, what better way then to offer them 100% furnished place to stay! They only use it a few times per year so we are sharing it with others through VRBO.
