This former detached 18th century farmhouse is located on a quiet spot in the small hamlet of Remonval, just outside of Waimes.
The Dutch owner has furnished this farmhouse with a great deal of charm and has really thought of everything. The kitchen, for example, is equipped with professional equipment and the bedrooms are provided with wonderful box spring beds.
You can relax in the covered swimming pool with sauna. A glass sliding door provides access to a wonderful sun terrace. From the swimming pool you have a wonderful overview of the rolling landscape. The land surrounding the farm is approx. 1500 m2 with a spacious and charming courtyard and terrace with garden furniture and barbeque.
The immediate vicinity is ideal for walking and cycling.
Waims is 7 km east of charming Malmédy. It is a charming village with great restaurants and shops. French and German are both spoken in the village. The Les Hautes Fagnes nature reserve is approx. 10 minutes away in the car. The pretty recreation lakes of Robertbille are 7 km away and Bütenbach is 10 km away from this farm.

Inspite of the shortcomings of the house we had a nice holiday.
We had a great long weekend. But you should be careful on the perilous kitchen stairs to 1st and 2nd floor.
The Ardennes is a beautiful area and offsets the disappointing home. Nice trips in the neighborhood, such as the brewery Chevaux, Malmedy, Spa and mountain bike tours.
We went to Remonval with 20 men for a bachelor party. House is spacious and it was nice bardeel for this purpose. The swimming pool with sauna was a real bonus to just ontkateren) Atmosphere in the 17th century home was good and the kitchen did fine. The courtyard is spacious ogezet and perfect to sit in good weather.
We were at a friends outing and found this house very suitable. The kitchen lent itself well for such a large group of 30 people. The bedrooms were good but no cupboards, which was a real bummer. Also, brushing, and required to pay up to 200 euros, was really substandard, pulled up nothing, bah it was still dirty, we first need to brush themselves.
We have a nice weekend spent with children and grandchildren. The property is very well located and nice walks in the area. The swimming pool (large, tidy, warm) was the pole of attraction for everyone. Especially the kids have enjoyed it immensely. Kitchen was perfect and semi-professional. On the other hand were little things like egg cups, bread basket, mixer, plastic cups for children, ... not present.
