Peaceful, Quiet Oasis
This was just what we needed. My husband and I both have very stressful jobs and lives. We very much enjoyed our stay! Had a group of 7 deer come by one evening and stay to eat for about a half hour or so. It was very clean. The yard was nice. It was a very peaceful and quiet area. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. Answered our questions quickly and was always available. Definitely recommend this owner and property! Susie

I currently live in Helena , but lived in this mountain house for more than a decade. I raised my 4 kids there, and have a lot of great memories!

Why they chose this property

If you want a true Montana experience, this is your place! The house is nestled in the mountains, but is close to Helena, so you really have the best of both worlds. You will feel like you are camping, may see lots of wildlife! (lots of deer and chipmunks, an occasional moose, bear, and I personally saw a mountain lion once!) and, without visible neighbors, (except those staying in the Mountain Artsy House) you will feel like you are away from the hustle and bustle of city life. You are close to hiking/biking trails.
I recently put a lot of time/effort/money into updating this property - with new blinds, newly refinished pine floors, and a fully furnished kitchen with everything you might need in the kitchen.

What makes this property unique

Unique is the word for this property! Again, this is a rural, mountain experience - with all of the comforts of a modern home!
If you are planning a trip to Montana to site-see, Helena is halfway between Glacier Park and Yellowstone!

Of note, you will travel one mile on a dirt road to get h
