LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!! While our thoughts and prayers are with our neighbors in Panama City, 30A remains as beautiful as ever and is open for business. This lovely studio is located in the well-known Village of South Walton in Seacrest, nestled between Rosemary and Alys Beach. It is on the second floor right above great shopping and restaurants. It has a queen bed and a fabulous queen sleeper sectional sofa, and easily accommodates four people. With a great green-space in front that has bike rentals and live music, as well as all of the amenities Rosemary has to offer, you can park your car and never have to get back in it until it is time to leave. Walk or take a tram to the private deeded beach! There is plenty to do, see, and eat! Hang out on the beach, take a long run, walk or bike ride along 30A's charming 18-mile sidewalk, get a massage, explore the state parks, paddle board on a dune lake, shop, peruse the art galleries, catch the game on a big screen, enjoy some live music on the lawn, find a game of cornhole, there's something for everyone! Warning: you won't want to leave! Make Sandbox 30A your happy place!

Our new expanded pool area exclusively for Village guests and owners is complete! I know you will love the renovated pool, new wading pool for the kids, and cozy hot tub for cooler months! You are sure to enjoy this new pool oasis just steps away from the unit. And the tram can pick you up poolside and deliver you to the beach!

Laura was a great host, sending all the information we needed ahead of time. The condo was clean and comfortable. Having a cooler and beach chairs included with the room was very convenient.

Great Place!

Ive been staying in Seacrest/Rosemary every year for the past 13 years. This was my first time in this property and worked out well. Laura was fantastic. She was available at a moments notice before and during my staying. She would reply within minutes, which is totally unheard of. The property was large enough for two, which was perfect for my son and I. We dont need a lot of space and this had everything we needed. The room was clean! The couch pulls out into a bed (Queen), which my son slept on during the trip. Hair dryer, Iron with ironing board, and plenty of kitchenware. The air conditioner and ceiling fan kept the room cold (freezing), which was nice especially after a day at the beach in the high heat. The property is located in building E on the 2nd floor facing the walkway and restaurants below. With the window shades down the room is almost pitch black, which is nice if you like to sleep in. You do get beach access, but its so incredibly crowded. We rented bikes for our weeks stay and choose to try the public beach for the first time. We went there everyday. Its just a 5 min bike ride and has public restrooms. There is parking, but spots are always taken. Plenty of beach for everyone, and we got front row seating everytime (We stayed during peak time, July 4th week). Would definitely stay here again.

Property owner/manager was AMAZING!!

Great spot! Highly recommend! Parking was easy, pools were great but heater did not work. Laura is the absolute best! She responded to all of my questions and was the most helpful as we are new to the area. The shuttle to the beach was easy and so helpful! So much fun shopping around and down the road into Rosemary. Lots of great restaurants, and so quick and easy to get to. The laundry room as easy to access. Definitely recommend!

Great Location

The listing is just as pictured. The studio is located right above various stores and restaurants. In birds eye view the unit was clean but could use a seasonal deep cleaning. The shower was drain was filled with hair and the pillows provided on the bed and closet all need updating or at least washed.

Why they chose this property

I fell in love with the Village of South Walton the first time I stayed there, and fell in love with this studio specifically, so I bought it! Its updates are impeccable, the use of the space is perfect, so that you feel you truly have a separate sleeping and living area, and the location is extraordinary! Steps from Rosemary and all of its shops and amenities (spa, fitness center, salon, shops, etc.), a short walk to Alys, and a great greenspace all its own with a very happy vibe, bike rentals, great food, and live music. I also love the tram to the private beach access and the great pool/hot tub area. I hope this becomes your happy place as much as it is mine, and that you enjoy it stay after stay!

30A is like no other place to vacation. With the dune lakes, the charming 18-mile sidewalk that takes you through various communities, each with it's own personality, and of course, the beautiful beach with sugar white sands and crystal blue water, this is not your average Florida beach trip!
