This unit is only rented from Saturday to Saturday.
Luxury Penthouse Suite, on Medano Beach, at the Corazon Resort and Spa , formerly known as Cabo Villas Beach Resort, in the heart of beautiful Cabo San Lucas. The Marina, Mall, and Downtown are all within a short two block walk. No need for a taxi here. This suite is in the addition at the Cabo Villas Beach Resort, which opened in January 2007.

This suite has a jacuzzi on the private roof-top patio that provides spectacular views from the Marina, Lands End, and up Medano Beach. There is also a BBQ and wet bar on the patio. This unit is approximately 2900 square feet and has a private bathroom in each of its four bedrooms, with an additional half bath off of the large living area.

The resort has three pools, two with swim up bars and one an adults only pool. It also has a large outdoor jacuzzi over in one of the pools. There are two restaurants onsite that also provide room service and a third at its private beach cantina. Multiple water-sports available on the beach and a spa onsite.

Great location

The penthouse was beautiful. Plenty of space for 8 of us with a great view. Cabo Villas is a great location, you can walk to the marina and downtown. We would definitely stay in the penthouse again.

Cabo Villas Beach Resort Penthouse Vacation with 8 friends

The resort is perfect. All 8 of us ladies enjoyed every minute of our time in our unit, at the resort, and in the town. The unit was perfect with 4 1/2 baths and 4 bedrooms. The view was awesome from both our patios. The upper patio and hot tub was a gathering place most every evening-sipping wine and watching the sun set past the ARCH. Spacious and roomy. Staff were friendly, accommodating, helpful, responsive. Lots of activities at the pool with Hugo the activities person: water aerobics, movie trivia with prizes etc.. The single woman in our group just loved him. He was sweet and extremely good looking. What a way to start your day with Hugo leading yoga and a view of the sea of cortez/arch. The beach area and cabanas were a favorite too. Great service of food and drinks. Everyone felt safe and comfortable. In fact, 2 ladies left their purse and wallet at separate times and the staff ensured the items were returned to the owners. How safe is that. Many walks along the beach into to town to local restaurants. Room service available too. Restaurants, on site, Aleta and Baja Brewing company had wonderful food and really great views of the beach/bay. Concierge and front desk staff were very helpful, accommodating, and extremely responsive. If we contacted the front desk for anything it was addressed immediately. Like obtaining assistance in opening a safe in a room. The spa is first class. Several of us did massages, facials etc. Very reasonable prices. Many water activities were available. The ladies had a great time kayaking in the ocean. WE ALL WANT TO RETURN AGAN. Some of the ladies will be coming back and bringing other family members and friends.

A bit too crowded and “spring break” loud for us.

Property was fine. Les was easy to work with. Clean and nice apartment. Friendly staff. Kitchen equipped for breakfast and lunch but lacked serving dishes for dinners. 2 showers in the back part were more of a cold trickle than a shower but that might be because of construction. Others were fine.
