Hi there! Thanks for looking at our listing. We have been married for a couple years and have had fun traveling and trying new adventures together. We bought our townhouse in 2017 because my husband travels back and forth between Chicago and Seattle for work. We think it is such a lovely home in a beautiful neighborhood and city and you will really enjoy it. We have had fun decorating it to host our guests and to also enjoy it ourselves when we are in town. You'll really love the cozy feel, especially the little reading nook in the living room and our little "library" of books and games :) As frequent travelers ourselves, it has been our goal to make this feel like a home away from home for you all!
Michelle purchased this Townhome in 2017

Perfect place to stay!
If you need a place to stay in Seattle, I highly recommend this townhome. It has a homey feel and close to beautiful parks and zoo. There are great restaurants near by and the village shopping center is a few miles away. The freeway is close if you want to see the city or visit the mall, for those of us that love shopping. The owner was great too. She provided us with lots of helpful information and recommended restaurants and places for us to visit. The neighborhood was so charming. My son loved Seattle so we will definitely stay here again when we return for another visit.
Beautiful Home and Outstanding Hosts
Michelle and Ferran were outstanding hosts! We were in town doing a long weekend as tourists and Michelle prepared us very well in advance with things to do and helpful hints for the city and their neighborhood.
Their home is exceptionally comfortable with high quality bedding and towels. The kitchen fully stocked even with coffee and creamer which was nice to find our first morning! We even used the kitchen a bit to prepare some meals and save on dining out. Easy too because there are a couple of very close-by grocery stores.
We also rented a car and parking was fantastic, right in the driveway in front of the door we utilized to go in and out of their home.
I'd love to share here a few things we did and places we went that we loved:
The Crab Pot downtown on the Pier (Near the market)
Rays Boathouse for dinner
Taylor Fish & Oyster
Sunday Farmers Market in Ballard neighborhood also had a lot of breweries and cute shops there.
The Walrus and the Carpenter
Cold Plate Thai Rolled Ice Cream
Salt and Straw Ice Cream
Chateau St Michele Winery
Snoqualmie Falls and the town of Snoqualmie
There's a great french wine and crepe place right down the street too!
Great place, and great location
The house is well furnished, a peaceful place to relax, and in a great location in the Seattle area. Parking is at a premium if you have more than one car.
Thanks for your feedback. There is one parking space in our driveway as you used. I’ve never had problems parking on the street in front of the house, having to walk more than a few houses down, since no permit is required & we do open up our garage space to a 2nd car when guests let us know or ask us ahead of time about needing extra parking. Thanks.
Love, airy, comfortable condo
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. It was immaculate, spacious and well-located for our visits to UW, University Village and downtown Seattle. The hosts were very communicative and offered helpful tips for dining out and shopping. I highly recommend this property!
Great location for a getaway
Perfect location for what we needed.
Comfortable and perfect location for us
Really liked the location as we spent much of our "business" tasks near the University. The public transportation can get you there or if you are adventurous, make the walk. Everything in Seattle is expensive, but the restaurants close to the condo were very good and in par with costs elsewhere. The property is on a quiet street with no issues. There is no A/C, so the upstairs can get a little warm even when the provided fans are used if it was a hot day. Would stay there again if our travels brought us there.
Thanks for the review, Rich. Glad you had a great stay. Sorry about the heat, & thanks for being understanding. AC is Seattle is pretty uncommon because it’s always so mild, even in the summer. However, we’ve realized it’s way hotter than usual this summer so we just bought a portable AC for the upstairs bedroom. If you come back & stay, you will get to enjoy that!
