This beautiful ground floor 2-Bedroom unit provides easy access to the pool and beach from it's private gated patio. Bypass the elevator and stairs while enjoying one of the nicest and most convenient units in the complex. The unit has a king bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the guest bedroom, and a sleeper sofa. Enjoy preparing meals in the well equipped kitchen with granite counter tops. There is a walk-in shower in the master bath and a tub/shower with glass doors in the second bath. Sunswept is situated directly on the sugar-white beach that separates you from the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This Orange Beach condo is just six miles east of Gulf Shores, Alabama. You will find modern shopping facilities directly across the street. Churches, 10 first class golf courses, and fishing are only a short drive away.

Sunswept 107

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our two-month "hibernation" surpassed any Florida beach location we frequented over 60 years of visits. We enjoyed a short sandy walk to the Gulf, a brief jaunt across the street for shopping, and our car parked at our front door. Hospitality and necessary problem-solving exhibited from the office by Cheri and Murray was appreciated. The two-bedroom was very livable. The kitchen, however, could use replenishing for both cook-ware and dining-ware. The second bathroom needs updates and improvements before we return next year. The unit 107 offered us the most satisfactory living unit in SunSwept!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I rented 705 for 3 nights. In very poor condition. Broken appliances, poorly stocked kitchen. On the second night, water was leaking from the bdrm ceiling. We had to move at 11PM. The second condo was nice but on the first floor. Never would've rented it. The main reason we wanted a condo directly on the beach was for the balcony to see the waves and water. The condo we got put in was by the pool with a group playing loud music all day. We were never offered compensation for the inconvenience of moving at 11PM. I called the office and asked if we could get a discount if we stayed there again in the spring. The woman said she would have to talk to the manager. That was 2 days ago and have not heard back from her.
