Lovely and convenient house for the weekend
The house was clean, spacious, and very conveniently located to downtown St. Paul and public transit. Could not have asked for better communication or attentiveness from Linda, who was always available to answer all our questions. Thanks for a great stay!

Great house and location
We wanted a place to have family and friends join us without feeling crowded. Linda's place met all of our needs and then some. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that you might need for cooking and adding flavor to your meals. We will be back as some point in the future.

Why they chose this property

We inherited this house from our neighbor and friend, who was only the second owner. After his death, we invested several years to fully restore the property, with all new fixtures with new and vintage furnishings.
Fully equipped kitchen ready for you to prepare delicious meals.
Original and vintage artwork throughout.
Laundry in basement
Games/ cards always on hand; toys for younger kids available -- just ask
Air Hockey table in basement.

What makes this property unique

Shady back yard patio with fire pit table.
Spacious living room and large screen TV, with Roku.

The neighbor is simply lovely: curved, tree covered streets filled with mostly homes built in the early 1900's. This is a safe, family focused neighborhood -- lots of kids playing in the day; lots of people strolling or walking dogs in the early evening; quiet at night.

Great for families! Several nearby parks within walking distance. Outdoor toys are provided at the house: tennis rackets, balls, sand toys. Swing set adjacent to the guest house. Indoor board games, cards, and puzzles.
