THINGS TO KNOW
There will be construction and remodeling of common areas beginning April 17th and the work will last until May 28th, 2023. They will be working 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. from Monday to Saturday. The pool and surrounding area will be closed for supply and demolition during that time period.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

A clean and cool rental

It is a basic condo with room for family, quiet location on outskirt of the main streets. Bring your own items for kitchen, no coffee maker or toaster. We didn't feel comfortable walking to beach from this distance but you could walk it. We enjoyed ourselves.

Well laid out condo. About 20min walk uphill from the beach. Well equipped to live. Bed and pillows were not great. Unit close to road not pool. Some morning construction traffic and noise. Door lock was not working great. Asked for it to be fixed but no one showed up, so I tightened the screws myself

Nice condo. I would stay again. Living area was good and spacious. Everything worked. Well equipped to live in for a few days. The unit is not beside the pool. It faces the road and there was some construction traffic. Bring ear plugs if you want to sleep in. Pillows are flat and hard. Had to use couch cushions as pillow. Mattress is very hard. Sliding door lock was tricky and screws were falling out. Asked to have them fixed but ended up borrowing a screwdriver to do it myself after 2 days.
