This spacious 4-bedroom, 3 and a half-bath home is located one half block from the coveted sandy Sombrero Beach. Enjoy afternoons in the crystal clear oversized pool or bring your boat for fishing and snorkeling trips off our plentiful coral reefs.

- Maximum Occupancy: 8 guest (includes adults and children of any age)

Cancellation Policy ~ All cancellations are subject to a $250 cancellation fee.
We have a strict 90-day cancellation policy. There are no cancellations, switching of homes or changing of dates within 90 days of the arrival date. The following fees are nonrefundable for reservations cancelled within 90 days of arrival: security deposit, reservation fee, processing fee, and any partial rental payments.

All funds collected are nonrefundable for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.

The guest named on the rental agreement is the only one who may cancel the reservation.

Nice house

Nice clean house, great location, nice pool. Lock box for keys to enter would be better than having to go to office to pick up then drop off keys.

Beautiful

Amazing home with all the amenities. The beach was a block away and was beautiful with n crowds. The home was close to Publix and restaurants.

Perfect family vacation

The home is beautiful! Very clean, plenty of room for our family of 6, and a wonderful location! We rented kayaks to take advantage of the water access and spent many hours in the beautiful pool in the backyard. We enjoyed a day trip to Key West, fulfilled a life long dream of swimming with dolphins at the Dolphin Research Center and basked in the sun on the wonderful beaches. Perfect home and perfect location to spend quality time with the family!
