This beautifully remodeled home is just minutes away from all the best attractions in Colorado Springs. You'll be just 5 minutes from downtown, Pikes Peak Center, Acacia Park (a summer concert and farmers' market hot spot, and a winter ice-skating paradise).

You'll also be just 10 minutes from The Colorado World Arena (where top athletes train), Garden of The Gods, and Fort Carson. And if that's not enough, we're less than 15 minutes from Seven Falls, the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Pikes Peak Cog Railway, Cave of the Winds, and even Santa's Workshop at the North Pole!

But the real showstopper at this home is the stunning views of Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods from your private deck. Complete with a grill and outdoor dining furniture, you'll never want to leave this beautiful outdoor oasis.

With COVID-19 in mind, we want to assure you that we follow CDC sanitation standards to ensure your safety and peace of mind during your stay. This home is designed with your comfort in mind, with two luxurious bedrooms (one with a queen-size bed and one with a king-size bed) and a spa-like bathroom.

Impeccably clean Accommodations

Multiple unit rental with short drives to Pikes Peek, Garden of the gods and Manitou Cliff Dwellings. Parking is a bit tight (we had a Toyota 4 Runner). Ample choices of restaurants. Place was impeccably clean. Partial views of Pikes Peek and Garden of the gods from deck.

Overall great stay, location is close to everything.

If you like the Historic District feel you will love this place. If you’re looking for a clean, upscale area this isn’t it. There were a lot of transients in the area overall. That is the only drawback to the property, everything else was perfect.
