About this property

Villa Robert with an enclosed secure garden, located in a residential quiet area 20 min walk away from the beach and shops (5mn drive), 200m away from children´s and picnic area. Stunning view from the spacious roof terrace fully equipped for sunbathing. Enjoy quiet communal pool. The villa has two large sofas, 2 reclinable comfy armchairs, satellite Freesat UK TV, NITFLIX, DISNEY + & AMAZON PRIME. Internet, FIBRE 500 MG wifi. The dining room table seats four. The kitchen has a refrigerator freezer, stove oven, microwave, washer, dishwasher, pots and pans, dishes, silverware, kettle, coffee, etc. Master bedroom has a queen size bed and a built in closet, plus a cot. The second bedroom has two single beds. You have free use of the beach umbrellas, beach chairs. In the spacious 300 m2 garden you have a terrace area with dining facilities and barbeque. Pets cost 5€ per day.

A wonderful winter stay in a beautiful property

I had viewed the property during a changeover last year, booked it immediately and was not disappointed. Lovely and warm for a winter stay, in sunny and quiet location. I stayed on my own with my dog and found lots of places to walk close by without needing to get in the car and we both loved the garden. The villa was well equipped and communication with the owner was excellent. Hoping to be back another time.

Beautiful villa

We had a wonderful stay at this villa, it was so comfy and cosy, a real home from home. On arrival the owners had left a bottle of wine to welcome us. The kitchen was equipped with everything you would need for your stay . Our dogs loved the pretty secure garden and the location was so peaceful but still within a short distance to shops, etc. Communication with the owners was outstanding, they were very quick to respond and also very helpful on suggesting dog friendly beaches for our dogs. I would definitely recommend staying at this villa and hopefully it won’t be too long before we are back. Thank you Luis and Nathalie for making our stay so enjoyable

Comme à la maison les soucis en moins

La maison a tout le confort ,le soleil en plus . Bonne literie,cuisine bien équipée,internet rapide etc... Le quartier est très calme,mais près de toutes les commodités . Nathalie et Luis sont très attentif et font tout leur possible pour rendre votre séjour agréable. Si nous revenons à Calpe ,la villa Robert sera notre premier choix sans hésitation. Amazing place!

Lovely Villa, comfortable & cosy with everything necessary for a perfect get away! We stayed for 4wks over Jan/Feb and enjoyed the very beautiful little garden as the sun shone on most days. Luis & Nathalie was always really quick to respond to enquiries when we had them and although we didnt actually get to meet up they couldn't of been more helpful! Thanks for a great stay!
