1BR Master Suite- Cabo's Premier 5-Star Resort and Spa. This is a classically luxurious hotel with an exhaustive list of amenities...Eight pools, three restaurants including a sushi bar and oceanfront alfresco dining. The beautiful rooms are a blend of modern and traditional styles. Our Master 1BR suite has a completely separate king master bedroom and bath suite with flat screen TV, dressing areas, all 5-star amenities. It's separate from the living, dining, kitchen and guest bath area. In the living area is a Queen murphy bed. There is a private balcony overlooking the Pacific Area where you can enjoy whale watching.
There is daily maid and nightly turndown service. There is a brand new expansive exercise, gym and spa services. It is a short 10 minute walk to the downtown marina where they have a fantastic firework show on New Years Eve.

My husband and I are in the medical field. He is an MD and I am a nurse. We bought this timeshare in 2009 before it was even finished. We have spent the last 9 Christmas/New Years in Cabo and love it. We live in Monterey California and have been at our local hospital for over 30 years. We enjoy our family ( including the dogs) and travel, and just recently took up bridge.

Why they chose this property

It is beautiful, relaxing and very comfortable. The room has enough space that you can have some privacy. I like the fact you on the ocean but can easily walk to the downtown Marina area so you aren't stuck 20 minutes from town.

What makes this property unique

This is a top rated resort that sells out Christmas and New Years as the weather is great. Even when the resort is fully booked you would never know it because it was so well designed and there is an incredible number of staff members . There is always plenty of spots at the pool. Check out this resort on-line and you will find it will cost ~$900 a night, if it is even available.
