This most beautiful oceanfront property location offers luxury living in paradise. The first two pictures here are the view of the island of Lanai from BBQ area. This is the best location on Maui. Just steps to the ocean, you can truly unwind and relax here with two almost private beaches ( be aware that the beaches are subject to tidal erosion).Beach chairs and towels are provided.Seasonal whale watching in addition, and sea turtles that swim at the waters edge.Enjoy an ever changing ocean show of breathtaking sunsets, sunrises and rainbows over the islands of Lanai and Molokai. The condominium's snorkel ladder is yards from your lanai, providing swimming, surfing and beach play any time of day.

If a pool is more inviting, enjoy luxuriating under the Maui sun in the large pool that is heat controlled to maintain an enjoyable swim no matter the weather. If you need a break from the water, stroll the beautiful grounds of the Kuleana Resort, take advantage of the on-site tennis and shuffleboard courts, or play a game of ping-pong in the spacious, open-air lobby. A concierge is available to help book your sightseeing trip or luau.

The living room and bedroom are furnished with beautiful designer furniture and incredible photographic art. A kombi crib, playpen and changing table is available for infants.Ceiling fans provide ambiance and added comfort in both the living room and bedroom. The bedroom is air conditioned. Perfect Condo in Best Location

My husband and I just returned from our honeymoon at John's condo and it couldn't have been more perfect. It was exactly as described. John even had beach chairs, a beach umbrella and snorkle gear for us to use that I honestly don't know what we would have done without it. Perfect location for those unfamiliar with Maui. It is minutes from beaches and restaurants. There were food trucks just down the street which were convenient. We were just about 10 minutes from Whalers Village. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. We really enjoyed our stay and home to return one day.

Beautiful place

The place was worth the stay. Can't go wrong with the short walking distance to see the amazing view of the beach. We recommend renting a car to get here, and parking is very close. You can drive up to a couple local areas, like food trucks, beach, and shops. John & Val were very friendly and great communicators. They also had some water gears and boogie board for the beach. Swimming pool was close too. I recommend staying at this clean place if you're looking for a peaceful and relaxing vacation.

Good stay

The place was very nice and clean and the owners were helpful. You will definitely see turtles! The place is a little older with a loud AC unit but generally a nice stay for the cost.

Clean and cozy

Great location, easy walk to multiple restaurants and beaches. The grounds are in great shape, the parking is easy and open. Amazing sunset views and the bbq area is right on the water. We've lived and stayed at dozens of upper westside locations and this stay was great.

We have lived at this resort for 15 years and each year welcome back returning visitors, now our friends, who treasure their vacation time at Kuleana. It is well managed, the grounds are superb and facing west, has the most incredible sunsets overlooking 2 other islands.
