Ocean view, with 1172 sq. ft. of living space, including one bedroom and two full baths at Cliffs 5205. Enjoy private ocean view lanai. Bedroom with king bed, additional queen sleeper sofa, it accommodates 4 people comfortably. Full kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer. This condo truly feels like a home. Enjoy the Cliffs' great amenities including pool, Jacuzzi, tennis courts, bocce ball, putting green, children's playground, country store, bike rentals, and more.

Although Cliffs 5205 does not have A/C, tradewinds and ceiling fans are sufficient to keep this home comfortable year round.

The Cliffs Resort is located in Princeville on the north shore of Kauai. Enjoy a spacious 22 acre setting with a spectacular oceanfront location and numerous amenities. Guests at our condos share all that the Cliffs Resort has to offer: swimming pools, jacuzzi, tennis, practice putting green, volleyball, playground, shuffleboard, oceanfront BBQ gazebo, an activities director, discounted golf packages and a convenient path to a lava swimming hole. On-site activities include Ocean Bluffs Yoga, lei making, hula lessons, basket weaving classes, botanical tours, a small Wednesday farmer's market, Music on the Bluff, and more. The Cliffs Resort has recently completed a major renovation creating a beautiful, tropical, top-notch resort environment.

If you are in need of any equipment rentals while on the Island, Ready Rental is here to help (1-800-599-8008). Items available for rent include: Pack n Plays, Cribs, Wheel Chairs, Strollers and any other baby-centered equipment that may be needed.

Perfect today and even better tomorrow

This is the ideal spot on the north shore. The location of unit 5205 gives great views of ocean and we saw whales every day from the lanai. It was very comfortable for 2 , king bed , great Hawaiian style decor, beach gear and all the kitchen gear you need. Resort has great pool and the free activities nights were fun, staff very friendly. Overall a relaxing time. Would recommend.

Lovely place to stay

The condo was well appointed and clean. I would suggest that the housekeepers wipe down the fan grills as the fans had both collected dust and that the grout on the floors needs to be cleaned once in a while. Over than that, we really enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

A visit to the Cliffs

We stayed at the cliffs resort in a one bedroom condo that was listed for four people with a pull out couch. The property was great because we were in a sea view building, so was our room. The room was fairly well equipped for day to day kitchen and beach activities. We would return to the right sea view room, which will probably rent through VRBO since most of these units are privately owned.

Cliff's @ Princeville

Our unit was clean and spacious. Staff personnel were courteous, knowledgeable, and competent. Saw several pods of whales and evening sunsets were beautiful. Thank you for a very nice stay.
