Outstanding Pikes Peak views from this spectacular home. Warm and friendly atmosphere from the moment you arrive. Comfort supreme for the perfect vacation visit. Main Level Master Bedroom with two bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom off the family room in the lower level. Full Kitchen, eating area, counter bar and dining room. Formal Living Room, Main Level Family Gathering Room and Lower Level Family Room. Laundry room and 2-car Garage access. Steep paved driveway to plenty of off street parking as well as 2-car garage. Snow plowing done as needed in wintery weather.

OWNERS MESSAGE: Our family has enjoyed this Woodland Park vacation home and the scenic areas surrounding it for many years. Because we live in Florida, our schedules don’t allow us to travel out as often as we would like. In the meantime, we hope others who visit enjoy this peaceful spot as much as we do!
Our home is in a mountainside neighborhood, but still maintains a private feel on the almost one-acre property. We have many wildlife visitors that will likely make an appearance while you are here. The town of Woodland Park is right around the corner, and it has every amenity you might possibly need during your visit including Safeway, Walmart and many restaurants.

Vacay in the mountains

We enjoyed the location, layout, and amenities at this house. It was so nice to have a full kitchen and access to so much room. The kids enjoyed the lower level and had a space to themselves. We were worried about not having a/c, but we were diligent about keeping the windows open at night.

The View

We can’t get over the view. We were in town filming the Pikes Peak International Hill climb and we had the most majestic view from this property. Spacious clean and seemingly off the grid with nearby amenities. Deer in the yard every day. Missing it already.

Convenient but still scenic!

The house is super close to Walmart and Safeway but still has an excellent view of Pikes Peak. It’s hard to tell from the pictures but the driveway goes around the house so if you are someone who doesn’t do stairs well, you can get in the side or back door with only a couple of small steps. The bedroom on the main floor also makes this home accommodating for those who can’t do stairs. The home was clean and in good condition and the owners were very accommodating and responded quickly.

We have been managing up to 10-15 homes in the Woodland Park/Green Mountain Falls area for about 10 years. We have many repeat guests and it is our hope to meet all of your needs during your stay at one of our homes. This particular home is brand new to us, but not brand new in the vacation home area. The family has used it for a second home for years. Unfortunately, they can no longer come as much as they like so they asked us to help them open this beautiful home to the public so that all of you can enjoy what they enjoy about Woodland Park, Teller County and Colorado. What makes this property unique

There is hiking nearby, and walks around the neighborhood offer breathtaking views of Pikes Peak. You may want to just relax and take in the surroundings, but if you decide to venture out, there are any number of areas outside of town to explore including: Garden of the Gods, Cave of the Winds, Manitou Springs and Colorado Springs. There is whitewater rafting and snow skiing within a few hours drive as well.
