Very Cozy Cabin with a lot of charm. Wrap-around porch surrounds the cabin with rocking chairs to enjoy the beautiful view and the rushing creek below. This cozy cabin will be your home away from home. A spiral staircase takes you to the loft bedroom where the large window above the bed is your headboard and feel as though you are sleeping in the great outdoors.

The cabin sits half way up the mountain at approximately 3100 ft elevation. Perfect for enjoying the cool summer nights and the beautiful fall foliage. It is secluded, however, there are neighbors close enough for comfort and you are only 5 miles from Sylva North Carolina where you have all the latest restaurants as well as Super Walmart for your groceries and necessities. There is a GAS grill so you can grill should you choose.

There is plenty to do such as Harrahs Casino (20 minutes away) and a scenic train ride in Bryson City (20 minutes away). We are also only minutes from white water rafting, dirt-bike riding, ATV trails, tubing, shopping and lots more.

Lister was really friendly and helpful

Was beautiful. Creek runs beside the cabin and you can here it inside. Tucked away for privacy.

Great last minute stay!

Very close to Sylva, cabin was very clean. Hosts were very nice and attentive. Pulling in was tricky with a full size SUV (just forwarding those with large trucks). Great that we had a grill and fire pit to use!

Perfect cozy cabin

This cabin was perfect for my stay of hiking and coming back to a warm, cozy place. Cabin was warm and a great place to wind down at night with stream right beneath cabin. Water Well had a glitch on my first night and there was no water which was a bit stressful but ist was resolved in the morning after. I expected no Internet as it was posted on Vrbo, but I found a spot in the bathroom which allowed me to check my mail and text some ( also pandora). Steve and Denise were kind and readily available via text or phone. I had a pleasant and relaxing stay. I would definitely come back to this cabin.

Weekend Getaway

We went to visit my aunt and uncle who live up the road from this cabin. It was perfect and we really enjoyed the creek that ran by the front of the cabin.

We wanted a property that we could share with family, friends and those who enjoy the mountains as much as we do.

We believe you need to take time for yourself and get away from the everyday madness of life.

We welcome you and yours to share our relaxing cozy cabin located on the side of the North Carolina's Blue Ridge Mountains. Come to the mountains to slow down, take a deep breath and relax!

Why they chose this property

We really like the location of the property because it is close to several activities. We only live about 45 - 60 minutes from the property so it is easy for us to leave the city and enjoy the peacefulness of the mountains and the activities offered. There are two small towns, Sylva and Dillsboro, approximately 5 miles from the cabin.
