Great west beach location - Half block to beach! Between PCB and Rosemary

Sand Dollar Beach Cottage 108 is a cute, clean, economical great little condo close to the beach. Accommodates 4. Located on the west end of Panama City Beach, this condo offers a quiet place to relax and enjoy the beach. It has a large balcony facing the gulf (you can feel the breeze and hear the waves), offers great sunsets and sunrises, a carport to keep your car out the elements and sun, a queen size bed in the bedroom, and a sofa sleeper in the living room that can make a queen bed or two twin beds. The condo is fully stocked with fresh linens, towels and kitchen supplies.

Though small the cottage condo has all the comforts for the beach. The kitchen has full size appliances, the bath is large for a small unit and everything is nice and clean. The kitchen is fully quipted with pots, pans, plates, utilsiles, coffee pots- Mr. Coffee and a Keurig, toaster, dishwasher, range , microwave and side by side refrigerator with water dispenser and ice maker. There is a stackable washer and dryer.

The bathroom is large and has new towels, hand towels and wash cloths.

There is a breakfast bar with two swivel stools and second table with two stools, a new IKEA couch and ottoman and two occasional director chairs. There is a small table and two chairs for outdoor use. There are some other outdoor chairs on the balcony.

The complex is small and has a wave of recent new owners. The building is being worked on and improved, but will meet all of your beach needs. It is very quiet and has no high rises near by or crowded beaches. The beach is 300 steps away and has easy access to public access 93.

There is a Publix and Winn Dixie less than half mile away. Rosemary Beach and 30A are two miles to the west and Pier Park, Panama City Beach are 4-5 miles to the east.

Camp Helen State Park is about a mile to the east.

The property is nice and a short walk to a wide open beach (none of the beach is private). On the quiet western end. It’s the second year in a row we’ve stayed here and enjoyed it very much.

Why they chose this property

My family and I have enoyed this area of the Florida pan handle for years. I have always loved this section of the emarld coast. Once I first saw unit 108 and this quiet spot I wanted it.

When I began looking for a place in Florida I made a short wish list of things I wanted in a beach spot hangout.

Not necessarily in that order. Unit 108 met all of these conditions.

I was impressed on how clean the unit was….I was happy to find out it had never been on vacation rental market so therefore its in better than average condition for its age. The cottage has its original appliances- which are all in great working condition.
