About this property

Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 3 bedroom/3.5 bath house . New very large pool, Cabana/ Palapa, Outdoor bar, shower, and restroom. Truly a game changer on this property. The main/master bedroom has a queen sized bed, while the 1 remaining room is furnished with a queen sized bed also and restrooms and showers in each room. Comfortable for sleeping 4 people. The cozy living room is furnished with two couches. The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with a gas stove. Situated less than a 10 minute drive to the beach, guests can enjoy an afternoon of dining, snorkeling or reading and later watch the sunset from the balcony off the 2nd floor deck or hang out and jam some music by our new amazing huge POOL and Cabana and outdoor bar, shower, palapa and restroom.

After a week at this rental, I feel there are a few areas that could be improved to make this rental worthy of an excellent rating. First, communication needs improvement. There was no email explaining checking in or out, there was no concierge or property contact, & there was not a list of things to know, such as providing your own bottled water for the water dispenser. The cleanliness could have used improvement as we found trash through the rental in the bathrooms & under living room furniture. The property needs more towels - we had to go purchase additional towels to use for the week. The water pressure, as mentioned in other reviews, isn't the best. However, the A/C units worked great. The greatest thing about this rental is the outdoor space. The pool & Tiki hut, as well as the patio, were outstanding & where we spent a majority of our time. While the location is removed from town, it was easy to navigate to the areas of the island we wanted to go, including the airport, downtown, & the marina. If there was more communication between the property management & the renters, this would be an excellent review. We enjoyed our stay very much but as someone that rents regularly in Cozumel, I felt like we were just "winging it" most of the week in regards to procedures & such. Also notable is that this is a 3 bedroom rental & each room has a private bathroom, as well as a half bath downstairs. There is also a washer/dryer unit. Thanks for a great week!

Cozumel

Very private gated property. Felt very safe. We were met at the gate and given keys. Beautiful landscape and pool. We had a great time and will definitely return again. Only complaint were the shower heads they sprayed everywhere except where you wanted them to. 😘

We had a nice time here but as is common in Mexico there were a few issues. First let me say the beds were hands down the most comfortable I have had in all of Cozumel and we’ve stayed at a number of places. But there were a few things like the showers were supper corroded and when we tried to adjust one of the heads it fell off. We reported it but it was never fixed. Storm water can pour in under the glass door in one bedroom even with the shutters closed. They have very limited towels (bring your own for beach or extra). There are no window coverings in the back bedrooms so you need to change in the very small bathroom if you don’t want the neighborhood seeing you naked. We did not get clear directions as to checking in and this was a bit distressing. They have someone on site but you have to pull up to the gate and honk to get anyone to come let you in. But the stay was very good all in all. The place was roomy, felt very safe and laid back. The pool was nice and the patio was really great. If you are Spanish speaking you will do better getting information on how things work there if you don’t speak any Spanish it might be more difficult to figure things out since there isn’t a lot of directions and what it there is vague. I would stay there again. Knowing what we know now would be a better experience. FYI one bathroom has a different water heater than the rest. Turn the breaker on by the water heater near the washer, the site staff didn’t know this we had to figure it out
